Not a perfect experience, but my technician Brian was excellent. He worked through some incredibly horrible conditions in the middle of summer. He was consistently professional, tidy, and quality focused. From the company, there was a certain amount of "while you're in there" up-selling that needed to be worked through, but they were reasonable on price given the scope of repairs There were several times I asked the DPC rep for clarity on their repair recommendations as it pertained to code compliance and best practices. My impression was that they were more experienced working alongside the city inspectors than they were of the city code itself. There was a certain amount of mysticism when discussing which inspectors should approve what. This led to a lot of uncertainty around what should be done versus what needed to be done. In my case, I was told my entire system would need to be brought up to code if a repair was made. Upon further research and consulting with the city, this was simply not the case. We ended up walking back a few suggested repairs and focusing on what was necessary. DPC was professional and reasonable in response, and we came to a working agreement. We had one failed inspection that cost us a couple extra days without gas, but they were diligent and dedicated their tech to get things across the finish line. Again, I am thankful for Brian who worked like crazy to get things wrapped up.

Erik from Dallas Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure that our job was completed correctly. We needed two toilets replaced, and after removing them, both had installation difficulties that he worked through. A two hour job turned into a four hour job, and he stayed until 8:30 PM to make sure we were satisfied. He even found a small problem on a third toilet, that we were not aware of, and fixed that before he leftI highly recommend both Dallas plumbing, and Erik!

I had a great experience with Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning, especially with Jay. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough when fixing a gas leak at my home. He took the time to properly identify the issue, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was fixed correctly. I really appreciated Jay’s prompt service, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Today was my first experience with Dallas Plumbing and I was quite pleased. Titus was the tech and he was very good to work with. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well. Nice guy! Dallas Plumbing and AC saves the day, again. This time - Alejandro is our hero, replacing the exterior water spigots.
