Absolutely horrible in my opinion. I was quoted a price of $4000.00 to replace a TXV valve which I thought they were replacing the coil from how it was explained originally. Yes I agreed to pay because they thought that would fix it and was told they may still have some things to do on outside unit if it didn’t work. But that $150.00 TXV that took 10 minutes to replace didn’t fix it. They sent out three other techs to check it out each one had a different reason for why the AC wasn’t working eventually saying I needed a new unit and that they would take $4000 off the price. I had a couple other companies come out. They said that should’ve been no more than a $1500 job and also said that it would need a Complete new system. When getting quotes from all of them they were all the same. I was not saving $4000 from Apollo and for the same price all they wanted to do was remove the old system and put in the new system. No Ductwork at all, so I decided to go with a company more specialized in the type of system that my house required. But I’m out $4000 that took me a couple months to save and they offered nothing in return so no I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Gabriel at Apollo! He was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Apollo was very professional and quick to respond to my needs. They gave a reasonable quote for replacing the condenser, coil, and thermostat with a 12 year warranty - correctly sizing the new unit for my house. Ryan Inskeep did the actual replacement, and did a great job tearing out the old and installing the new system, walking me through each step.

Todd was exceptional!!! He was very knowledgeable with our questions we had. The job was completed in a timely manner. Eric was also great! Both guys were extra friendly and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great job Apollo!

Michael was professional and courteous. He explained what had to be done clearly. He respected my property and gardens and cleaned up thoroughly! The electricians were the same. They were Scott, Nate, and Josh. I am very satisfied and happy! You guys are the best!!!
