Lucas was excellent! He fixed our water pressure and installed a new shower head, demoing all the features for us. Really appreciated all the helpful advice he shared, from preventing frozen spigots to keeping the shower dry, plus explaining our options for water filtration systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell us. We've already scheduled him to come back for the under sink filter installation. Highly recommend!

I was unfortunate enough to need my ranch home completely repiped after a leak sprung under my slab. These guys made my stressful experience better than I thought it could have gone. Tom and Lucas spent two days in my attic and were efficient, informative and worked so hard to keep me updated on my options when issues arose through out the project. Not only that, but they didn’t change their quote even when the job was larger than originally planned for. I had received quotes from other plumbers since this was such a large project and their pricing was competitive and the communication could not have been better. They also installed a new water heater at an excellent price while out (mine was 21 years old and this saved me a huge headache later) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with Three -Way Plumbing, we had a hard freeze and naturally had a pipe bust. We didn’t actually realize this till late in the evening after the water had been running all day. We called around 7pm, I believe his name was Steve was here within 30 mins. Got our hot water back up and running but we also needed some repairs. Parts were ordered and he was back out at our home by 10am repaired everything. Quick, Polite and very Professional, we will be calling them for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommmend!!

Excellent water heater installation by 3-Way Plumbing! I recently had a new water heater installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The experience was seamless from the initial call and they offered same-day service, which was incredibly convenient. The installer, Lucas M, was not only professional, but also very engaging, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. It was important to me to support a company with strong values, 3-Way Plumbing operates with a markable honesty and integrity. I also appreciate that they installed a water heater made in the USA knowing the product supports local manufacturing is a big plus. The availability of financing options. Also made the purchase an insulation very manageable. I highly recommend Lucas M. and 3-Way Plumbing for anyone needing a new water heater EDIT: After two other plumbers reversed the hot and cold lines in our upstairs shower, I called Three-Way Plumbing—again—because I trusted them from a previous job (see above). Lucas M. quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with professionalism and care. His work was efficient, thorough, and a huge relief after the earlier mistakes.
