The 5 stars go to our plumber, Josh with Applewood. For two days he was in my home, replacing my water heater. He was one of the nicest men I'd ever met. Very kind and more importantly, throrough. He went above and beyond to show me the work he did along the way and to talk to me about my heating and air as well. Just a very kind and honest man. Even if it is all expensive! But even my dog and cat loved him. He was up front about any questions I may not even think of. I hope he comes back to help fix our future heating and air needs or is at least on site. He is a great asset to Applewood and made this hard but necessary work easy to manage. He worked late and showed up early the next day. This is the kind of dedication that should not be overlooked.

Very happy with my first experience using Applewood! I actually received the heads ups call 30-45mins before technician arrived where many other companies fail at that. Zach promptly arrived at the beginning of my appointment window and was very polite and courteous. He helped me understand how the swamp cooler works and right off the bat diagnosed the issue. Was honest about the severity of repairs needed and did not pressure me into dumping money into the unit just to make the sale. Will 100% recommend this company and will be using them for all my heating/electric/plumbing needs in the future! A++

We worked with Applewood on a plumbing project and were very impressed. When we needed some help on evaluation of our HVAC, the Applewood team was first on our list to call. Scheduling was quick and easy with the technician out a few days after our call. Scott was awesome walking my dad through the checklist I had suggested and discussing it with both of us with me remote on the phone. Not an easy customer dynamic to manage, but he did it with great skill, patience, and professionalism.

Jack was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with, I had a clogged and broken drain line below the basement slab causing water backup into my basement. Jack showed up on time and gave me repair options and got to work right away with the option of my choice. Jack did all the work by himself and completed the repair in one day and got my house back to a fully functioning home again. Now it’s up to me to put the basement back together. I Highly recommend Jack at Applewood Plumbing to anyone needing help. I’m Very happy with Applewood as a company and can’t say enough about Jack as a representative for the company. Only negative thing in my mind was the cost of the service. although, when you need work done now from a private company you have to accept the price. I would definitely use Applewood again!

Victor Olea is exactly why I always call applewood for my issues. He was honest and respectful with what we needed fixed while also giving options within our budget. His attention to detail and cleanliness while working did not go unnoticed. Would highly recommend asking for Victor if calling for any plumbing issues.
