Arty Tarani and John ? were awesome to work with. Arty keep me aware of all the safety checks with electrical and an emergency gas generator tied into the electrical system. Arty handle that no problem and he told me ahead if time what he was going to be doing for work sequence and very receptive to questions/comments. I met John when I came home from work at 5ish today. John walked me thru the heavy duty duct work modifications on my intake duct that needed a special reducer (in the good way added airflow) to go a step above to provide great customer service. Very satisfied with the professional service and the customer service I received today. Thanks Frank

Chris and Andrew did great work! They looked high and low for the correct vent coupling. Unfortunately this part will have to be ordered online as no local brick and mortar had it - they went to several in search of it. They were both very knowledgeable. Note: The attached picture is a work in progress of the furnace. The final version will have all black venting pipe, which H.L. Bowman will do when the part comes in.

An old boiler went in our home. I have two boilers so it was only a matter of time for the second one. Called Winters and had someone at my house two days later. Zane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed going with one large boiler with two zones (my wife and I own a two-family that has been utilized as a single family for last forty years). Ultimately, we opted to replace both boilers. Brian and crew were there the next day, tearing out the old and scrapping it, and unloading, transporting, and installing everything over the next three days. Meticulous work. I worked in the Building Trades for 50-years and I recognize and appreciate craftsmanship. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the entire experience from first phone call to final installation. The crazy part of the story is we have utilized a plumbing company for 30 years. I called him when the boiler went and he told me he retired two weeks earlier. Thanks to Winters entire team, we now know where to turn for all our heating/plumbing/cooling needs.

After many years of being a satisfied customer, the service experience has become terrible. Winters sold to another company, HL Bowman. The service is awful. Customer service is an AI-chat bot first. When you eventually get a live person, they are rude. HL Bowman has now missed the appointment windows twice in a row. It is frustrating to take a day to work at home and have them not show up or be hours later than the 4-hour window they give. I miss the local, old Winters service. I am requesting a refund on the remainder of my maintenance plan. I will be finding another company. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend finding a better HVAC company and one that is local, rather than a private equity roll-up from out-of-state.

Sean C. was courteous, prompt, and tidy. We presented him with a challenging, built -in kitchen washing machine installation in a space designed for a different machine which had broken and been removed. He was very clever and resourceful in his approach, consulted with us when questions arose and was extremely careful not to do any damage or leave any mess behind. He is also a pleasant person to have working in your home.
