I am very pleased with the level of service received. Our technician Kevin O’Brien came out and not only provided top notch workmanship, but he was also very thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done. Based off of the fair pricing, prompt service and excellent customer service from Kevin our family will definitely be using Panther Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I am very happy with my experience and service with Panther Plumbing and Tray G! Our water heater gave up the ghost after 21 years of service, so we contacted Panther Plumbing to come out and inspect the situation. Tray G. came to my home on time and was very patient and thorough in explaining the possible issues and even how our decision moving forward would affect our overall needs. He gave us all of the options available without trying to push us into any deals. Explaining not only how the system worked and how we also had code violation issues, but also offered resolutions. After careful consideration, we decided to replace old faithful with a new system. So not only did Tray deliver same day quality service, but also gave knowledge of the process and made certain all questions/concerns were addressed. The system looks great and is working properly. All materials are cleaned up after the service and now we have hot water again🔥💧. I pray we don't have any further plumbing issues, but if we did, I trust that we will get the same level of great friendly customer service, with someone knowledgeable, experienced, and professional as with Tray G... thank you Tray!

My first impression went well after the team scheduled a technician to come out quickly. Justin did a fantastic job getting the issues with my crawl space sump pump diagnosed, went above and beyond to get a hold of the parts needed to replace it, and came back quickly the next week when the parts came in to handle the replacement installation. Glad to have the peace of mind knowing that's all working again. Thanks Justin!

Justin with Panther Plumbing did an excellent job helping with my hose bib issue. He took the time to look at a few other items around my home and made thoughtful suggestions. He quickly repaired the hose bib and also completed a pressure valve replacement with no issues. Thank you, Justin and Panther Plumbing! Had an emergency plumbing problem this morning at 3 AM and Panther Plumbing came out very early to help resolve. Tray was fantastic and took care of the problem very fast and efficiently. Very happy with my service and I highly recommend this company for emergencies!
