I would say it was an A. The person that they sent out was very knowledgeable. They were very, very informative about the kind of pests that we were dealing with, and they were very, very informative about telling us the best way to go about treating them. They weren't like in a big rush, rushing or anything like that. They took their time and explained, and they laid out the different options that we would have to treat the pests that we were calling about. So, I would give them a high rating. I would say they're a good company, and the worker that they sent out was a good worker.”

“What happened was they deal with the house on the corner, and when they dug up the ground, we had mice. We just had field mice—you know I would see one every now and then and everything, and I paid them all of this money to get rid of the field mice that were coming in my house. So, we put bait boxes all around my yard and all around outside, and I still had mice. I've contacted them. We go back and forth. I'd give them a D. I would never use them again.”
“Crop Metcalfe came out on a regular basis, and they kept up with the service, calling me, informing me when they were there, and they helped the situation I was going through at the time. They helped me out a lot with that. They would come out and put down spray for, at the time, where I used to live; I don't live there anymore. We had mice and roach infestation, so they would come out, put down traps, and spray the chemical spray. Then they would leave us some traps, and then they would also treat the outside perimeter of the house. I would give them an A+. They came on time and everything—whenever they were supposed to come.”

“Just, like, the service was not as effective as I thought it would be. I got mosquito spraying, and for almost every treatment, it only lasted maybe two weeks and they recommend thirty days between each treatment—so by the middle of that time frame, it was as if they didn't do anything. And then the other thing was the scheduling—they were supposed to come out one day, and they sent me emails to say that they couldn't make it; they would come back the next day, when in fact they couldn't come back. It took a whole other month for them to come out, so rather than prioritize my service because they missed it, they just folded it into the regular rotation for the following month—which meant that I didn't get the service at the scheduled time, and I just got bumped to the next month. I'd give them a C+.”

“They preschedule all my pest control appts, leaving the onus on me to reschedule if the time doesn't work for me (i.e. I want to be home so I can let them into the house/attic). The last time I did call and schedule a visit that worked for me, they cancelled the morning appt due to a technician injury, offered to reschedule for the afternoon, which I accepted, but no one ever showed up and since they weren't supposed to come until after 5pm, they weren't even around for me to call and complain to!”
