All of them have been courteous, well trained, and thorough. Our most recent experience was no different. The techs came in, called us when they arrived, and performed the HVAC routine maintenance procedures quickly and thoroughly. They even spent some time teaching us about the water detection device that we had installed some time ago, but had forgotten our lesson from back then. And their back office (appointments/billing, etc.) are also great. Their system must be amazing because they pull up your information in no time, can see what you've had done recently, and make suggestions based on your past work. They're not pushy, just trying to give great service, and they DO!”

“I have received good service in the past -- pest and HVAC unit. But recently, I had difficulty trying to book an appointment and to make a payment. There was a long wait when trying to book an appointment for pest management, then the service agent disconnected while we were talking and never called back. I called back later and it took about 10 minutes to get someone online. When I booked an appointment for HVAC inspection via email, I had to make a payment and called and gave my cc information. I later received an email saying it didn't go through because they probably had not captured the number correctly and I was told to use your online system. The link I was provided didn't work for that, so I had to seek another link from the agent.”

“I've been waiting for the resolution to an overcharge problem for a month or more, and there has still been no resolution to it. CroppMetcalfe did some work that was unnecessary, and they admitted that. Before they told me that it was unnecessary work, there was an initial question with regards to if I wanted to have the overcharge be a part of the silver program. I said I did, and then they said they found out the work they did was unnecessary. I sent them a letter and talked to them on the phone, and I have not heard back from them. The letter said, "You did unnecessary work, and now you want to charge me for the work and labor. I don't want you to keep my money if you did unnecessary work." They called about coming to check for rodents. I indicated that they didn't have to get clearance from me to do it. They can just call me and say they are sending a technician at a specific time. It has been a couple months, and no one has been by to check for rodents. I haven't heard from the man I sent the letter to about the money. I shouldn't have had to make the payment. I am very disappointed with CroppMetcalfe. With the additional plumbing situation that I wanted them to take a look at, no one has been out here. It has been about 6 months, maybe a little less. I indicated what we wanted them to do was check the plumbing in the same area, and they haven't been back months.”
