“They were doing rat control. Steve was easy to talk to and work with, and he was pretty responsive. They were well recommended and pretty much took care of the problem. It only lasted a couple of weeks. I think it was kind of expensive, but it's a good company. I still have the problem, but it's minimal now. I would say definitely a B. I would rather it last a little bit longer. I don't know. Their customer service was definitely decent. They were responsive and on time. Their punctuality, cleanliness, and expertise were good.”

Unfortunately, we were never able to figure out how this little raccoon or whatever was getting into the space, but it did come and go continuously even after their treatment., The only reason we finally got it was because we had the house tented, and they killed it. I didn't think to call because we had the house tented about a month afterwards. Other than the fact that we weren't able to figure out how and actually get the animal, the person they sent was very nice, very outgoing, and kept in touch with me continuously for the few days that we were involved. It was a positive experience for sure, but we were unfortunately unsuccessful in trapping the rat that was there. I'd give them a B. I wasn't unhappy. I know these things are a hit or a miss, but overall they were very professional and friendly.”

They're trying to work very hard even though they have not solved my problem. “It wasn't positive, but it wasn't negative either, and not exactly neutral. I was not very pleased with the service. I had a problem with rodents in my attic. I was very upset about that in terms of he said it would cost one thing, and then got here and said, ‘It's worse than I thought. You've got a huge problem type thing.’ He charged me extra. He charged me $5 to get rid of 2 rats in my house and I was like, ‘Fine. Take it. Go. I don't care.’ He came back and sealed my house later on and told me he was going to come back every week and check to make sure there were no rodents up there. Well, I have yet to see him since he sealed the house, which is fine because obviously, I have nothing there. I'm not smelling anything. Obviously, the problem wasn't that bad and he wanted me to sign up for a contract every month. $7 every month to come and check for rodents, and I told him absolutely not. He was like ‘I told you over the phone that that was part of the deal,’ and I said, ‘No. That's not what you told me over the phone, but I don't want that to be part of the deal. I'll pay for you to take the rats out today and whatever service you think I'm supposed to be having.’ And so he went on and on about this and then he said, ‘No. No. It's fine. You don't have to have this service. I'm just going to put down a warranty for one year and that's it.’ I'm like, ‘OK. Whatever.’ So, it was very—honestly, throughout the whole thing I thought that he was shady.”
“They come and do service every month. The technician is very friendly. He always calls me and lets me know he's coming or if he found anything. He seems to be doing a good job. I'd give it an A+. I don't know the expertise, so I'm not a good judge of that, but it has worked. They're on time. I don't recommend anybody unless somebody asks me, so if someone asked me, I would. They did a nice job, they have been friendly, and they showed up, which is not always the case.”

The last one I killed myself, but we have been continuing the outdoor treatment with bait boxes in the yard for about six months or so. That is continuing to be effective in killing rats in the yard, so that we can eventually either eliminate them completely or keep them under control. I'd say A+.”
