Nine One One Pests Experts, just wanted to take a minute and thank you for an outstanding job well done at my property earlier today. Jorge (CEO) and Marco were professional, detailed and patient as they took the time to explain in detail on how the TAP Pest Control Insulation actively works. They provide a full termite treatment and full insulation at my property. They were there on time and communication was excellent. Thank you so much for your service. I truly recommend this company. They were excellent.

I use 911 Pest Experts for maintenance on my new property. Their services are reasonably priced and service is done quickly. Nelson was my assigned personnel and he was great. He was willing to answer any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

We set a date for our tenting and made all the arrangements with a local hotel to accommodate us and our animals, rented a truck so that we could put the belongings that could not stay inside the home in the truck. Since we could not check in until 4 PM to the hotel, we requested that they come after 4 PM to start the work. We were told that was not going to be a problem. It was either the day of or the day before the actual service we were told that they were going to come around 1 o’clock in the afternoon and that they could not wait until after 4 PM. This was our first indication that they may not have an organized system in place. We were told that the tent would go on on a Friday. Stay on Saturday and be removed on Sunday and we could come back on Monday. We were also told that they would let us know and be in constant communication with us regarding the tenting. I called and texted over and over and no one returned my call. This is Sunday and we were supposed to check out Monday morning. Since I did not hear back from anyone by Monday afternoon, I went ahead and reserve the room for Tuesday evening because we had no choice. And this was nonrefundable at this point because it was less than 24 hours notice. We also had to extend the rental on the truck at this time. We finally heard back from the contact person and of course this was much later Monday evening. He claimed he was on an airplane and could not talk. Unless he was flying to India for 12 hours I don’t understand why he could not reach us. Most people can text from an airplane these days. We were told that they were only going to tent the house. They were not going to put the tent over our backyard deck, and they were not going to put the tent over anything in the backyard such as the gazebo or the hot tub. Some people may not realize this, but anything with a filter has to have the filter removed before the tenting process. As for hot tubs, you need to have the filter removed, and the hot tub needs to be drained before the tent goes over. Also the top of the hot tub needs to be removed because it contains foam and the gases can seep into the foam. A couple of days after we returned to my husband, decided to take a soak in our hot tub. As soon as he got in the hot tub, his skin was on fire. He immediately got out. He Then noticed that our waterproof storage container had been moved away from the back of the hot tub, and the top to that container was broken. My husband could have become seriously ill. I reached out to the company and I sent them the photos of the broken container lid. They claim they did not move it and that they did not break it however, there was no one else back there. Our backyard is under lock and key and they were the only ones with the key. They sent photos trying to show us that the box lid was not broken — I had to explain that they didn’t break the box lid when the tenting went on, it was when they removed it. What they did show was that the tenting was in fact over the hot tub and gazebo areas which we were told would not be tented. Then, about a week later, I noticed that one of the roof tiles in front of our house was also broken. We reached out to the company and the owner and the manager came and met with my husband. They told us that they would send somebody out to fix the roof tile. They did not offer to pay for the box which was only $250. We have not heard back from them, so I reached out to them to let them know that we had someone fix the roof tile since it is the rainy season and even though roof tiles are completely decorative I did not want water seeping up underneath. I also told them that we wanted $250 to pay for the container that they broke, they said they would Zelle the money. I asked them to send a check bc we don’t do Zelle. He threatened me and told me that if I didn’t open a Zelle account for them that they would not send any money. He also belittled me by telling me that all I was trying to do was get money from them. Which is not true.

I had an excellent experience with 911 Pest Experts, thanks to Alex. I first spoke with George yesterday after reaching out through a referral, and the service was scheduled immediately for the very next day. Alex was extremely professional, friendly, and very informative about the pest issues in my home. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything regarding the carpenter ant situation and walked me through several treatment options so I felt confident moving forward. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish, Alex arrived right on time within the service window, and I truly can’t say enough about how efficient and professional this experience was. Highly recommend!
