Thank you Gazi for your prompt attention and helping discover why we were seeing so many ants and spraying good for them. We feel like Romney technicians listen and care when they are here. We do wish Romney could provide a better window of time when they will be here.

Jason was prompt in his arrival and was very nice and polite. He did a very thorough job in the application of our pest control services today. We are glad to have him as our service professional and look forward to seeing him again on future service visits!

Romney pest control came to set racoon traps in the attic for a price of 400 dollars and after 2 weeks we caught 1 on the weekend. I called Romney pest control because their add says they are open 24 hours, which they are not. I called back yesterday to inform them we still had racoons in the attic and they informed me it would cost another 200 dollars to set more traps or 75 dollars each time they come check the traps, my choice. The service we received was poor at best from their customer service that say they will call you back and they don't until I call back and ask to speak a manager. Poor service all the way around. We will never use them again. Thank you. Mike

Bailey provided excellent pest control service. He was extremely detailed, thorough, and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciate his quality of work and attention to details. He is super friendly and professional — highly recommend him!

Your technicians are always fantastic and very helpful. I have a big dog so we just switched him from inside outside while the exterminator does his thing. He asked about the rodent issue which has gone away at least for now, It’s all good. Jb
