Consumers beware, while the technicians at this company do a fantastic job. The inability to cancel service and ongoing billing of unauthorized services and unwillingness to resolve the issue is the reason for this negative review. I am writing to formally request a full refund for unauthorized charges billed to my account over the past two years, totaling more than $1,000. I have records showing that I canceled my service both in writing and by phone in 2024. Despite this, I recently discovered a technician at my home and found that I have been continuously charged since my initial cancellation. When I contacted your customer service team, they confirmed that my service had been canceled in 2024 and assured me I would not be charged. However, my account was billed again the very next day. Upon auditing my accounts, I learned that your company maintained two separate accounts under my name without my knowledge. When I requested a one-time service during the last two years, I was placed on a recurring charge without explanation. I was recently informed that I needed to explicitly cancel both accounts, a requirement that was never previously disclosed to me. I have now attempted to cancel my service five to six times over the past two years and 3-4 times in the last week. I request a prompt refund for all unauthorized monthly recurring charges and service visits since my original 2024 cancellation. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to the Oregon Consumer Protection Agency. I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of my refund.

The service tech Michael Grayson was friendly and reached out quickly when I had a question about the service he provided. I am happy with the service. I only gave it 4 stars because they raised the price without any notification

Our technician Jody and PURCOR have been wonderful to work with. They've been incredibly responsive, communicative, and timely. We have been having some squirrel issues walking on our roof for the past year or so and recently we noticed that they had gotten into our attic and made a home there. PURCOR came out within a day to diagnose the situation and provide a roadmap for how to help get rid of them. Our technician Jody came out shortly after to setup some traps. After the first follow up after that week, it had caught one in the attic. He then setup more traps outside and a few hours later one of the traps triggered immediately. We are having a party this weekend and didn't want the squirrel in plain view and Jody was able to fit into his schedule a quick swing by our house to take the trap away and setup another one. The process isn't over yet but they've been spectacular to work with and incredibly nice and accommodating.

Tried to call to set up a quote. It uses AI voice to try to set it up. Could not get past my street. It would just ask me to confirm if *insert street here* was the right street address. I would confirm and it would just ask me again. After 6 times I just hung up.
