I love having Levi as our technician from Pointe Pest Control. It's been a couple of years now and wouldn't want anyone else. He is great, professional and friendly. Gets the job done. My neighbors have been through 2-3 different companies, never satisfied with the "fly by night door knockers" but I have been completely satisfied and would highly recommend this well established company, definitely not a "fly by night" company.

Working with Pointe Pest Control was simple and easy from start to finish. They were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours of calling and working with Sean was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with our situation.

After treatment, Robert stopped to explain what he found about our rodent problem and answered my daughters questions about the chemicals used. She was very happy and satisfied to have the complete information, and it's environment friendliness for animals and soil.

JD was very helpful and nice. He did a good job. I also talked to two other people on the phone and they were extremely helpful and kind. They were relatable and informative. I definitely can recommend this pest control company. I’ve used them once before in the past. And they did a good job at getting rid of the pests. They have improved on their customer service since last time I’ve worked with them. I have no complaints at all. So, that is why I’m giving them 5 stars.

Justin did a thorough and complete job. He is the first one Ive seen go around the outside of the house with a pole brush to clean around windows and crevices. He checked all mice bate stations and sprayed inside and out for bugs. He arrived when expected, was kindly engaging and knowledgeable.
