We were caught at a good time as we had moved into our house weeks before a sales rep came to our door offering pest control services. We hadn’t heard of them before but decided to give them a try. The first couple months were good, we didn’t have to call them to come more than they already were and we rarely saw a bug inside the house. The minute it started getting hot out we felt like we were calling them all the time because we either had earwigs, crickets, or scorpions INSIDE the house ALIVE. The gentleman who was spraying was very nice but would often miss spots and have to come back. He also never replaced our sticky traps even when we asked. They would tell us a day and time that he would come and it was rarely accurate so we just had to be home all day every day until he came. Customer service was its own beast and the final straw for us. Every time we called the CSR seemed cold and uninterested in our issue and it was always at least 3-4 days before we could a guy out even when we explained to them that we have a baby in the home and are worried about him getting stung. They tried to blame us saying that we probably already had scorpions inside and they weren’t coming in from outside (even if that were true, shouldn’t they have resolved that since they spray inside too?) Lastly, the sales representative that came to our home never explained to us that we were locked into this contract and there would be a fee to cancel services. I understand this is common so it shouldn’t have been too surprising, but it was never explicitly disclosed as he was quickly having us sign paper work and put in payment information. We switched to a different service and are much happier with both their customer service and the results.

If you have a pest problem, look no further than the best damn pest control west of the Mississippi. Last week I was calling every pest company in a panic and felt I was getting the run around, making zero progress with my bug problem. Feeling hopeless with how to deal with my bug problem, the next call I made was to Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control thinking I would have no luck finding the help I was looking for. Let me know tell you how wrong I was.... From start to finish I felt taking care of and supported that my bug problem will be handled. Scheduling was fast and easy, cost for service was reasonable especially with the quality service that was delivered. Communication throughout the week was incredible, they answered every question I had and put my mind at ease. I have 3 wonderful and helpful technicians that serviced my property. They were prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were nothing but kind and respectful the entire time when serving my house and I felt like they all had a PHD in killing bugs with how they explained the process of my bug treatment. Thank you, big shout out to Eric, Michael, and Brandon. I am sure Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control has all great technicians, but boy oh boy if there is a way to request those lads, I would. Highly recommend Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control, I will never google pest control company near me again. Responsible is the best !! Michael is my scorpion guy.. he knows his stuff and always extremely helpful to customers. I highly advise when calling for an appointment I can highly recommend asking to have to have Michael be your service person and you will see TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Responsible is the best company by far for any pest services, No doubt!! Thank You (LM)

Joshua was very understanding and informative about the treatment. He understood my concerns and was able to be helpful in how there was extra attention given to our treatment today. Very pleasant polite and definitely patient as I rattled on about scorpions.

Five stars for Daniel! He’s professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. I haven't seen a single pest since he started treating our home. Highly recommend his services!
