Rodent exclusion inspection. 2nd opinion. Quoted us $14 THOUSAND saying we needed everything in the attic ripped out and replaced. VERY heavy on the fear and flattery tactics. VERY heavy sales. Couldn’t show us much in the way of pictures proving all this needed to be done. Had 2 other well respected companies who offer the same services come out who said absolutely not, everything did not need to be removed and quoted a 10th of the price. I would be wary of this company. They may do a good job (I don’t know we didn’t hire them), but they may also be selling you things you don’t need at a very high price. Gave 2 stars for good communication and being on time.

We have used Responsible Pest for 6 years and have been VERY happy with them. Scorpions, crickets, ear worms and spiders have been only found dead. William is very good at listening to any concerns we have and responding promptly and respectfully. We love having them as our pest provider.

If you have a pest problem, look no further than the best damn pest control west of the Mississippi. Last week I was calling every pest company in a panic and felt I was getting the run around, making zero progress with my bug problem. Feeling hopeless with how to deal with my bug problem, the next call I made was to Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control thinking I would have no luck finding the help I was looking for. Let me know tell you how wrong I was.... From start to finish I felt taking care of and supported that my bug problem will be handled. Scheduling was fast and easy, cost for service was reasonable especially with the quality service that was delivered. Communication throughout the week was incredible, they answered every question I had and put my mind at ease. I have 3 wonderful and helpful technicians that serviced my property. They were prompt and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were nothing but kind and respectful the entire time when serving my house and I felt like they all had a PHD in killing bugs with how they explained the process of my bug treatment. Thank you, big shout out to Eric, Michael, and Brandon. I am sure Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control has all great technicians, but boy oh boy if there is a way to request those lads, I would. Highly recommend Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control, I will never google pest control company near me again. Responsible is the best !! Michael is my scorpion guy.. he knows his stuff and always extremely helpful to customers. I highly advise when calling for an appointment I can highly recommend asking to have to have Michael be your service person and you will see TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Responsible is the best company by far for any pest services, No doubt!! Thank You (LM)
