We've been using AZ Best Choice since 2010. Previous review by myself gave them 5 stars. However, since Green Mango has taken over, the customer service has been less than stellar. So far, I've been charged for a service I didn't have (I got it corrected), my regular technician has been taken off our route, and communication with them is horrible. When receiving texts for date of service, PLEASE give a time or a window of time of when to expect a technician. I don't have all day to wait around. When I called to ask for a time window, I was told "well, with 40,000 customers, we don't give customized service". THAT is why I was with AZ Best Choice to being with; they were excellent in communication. Green Mango, however, needs a LOT of training in keeping customers happy. Seriously thinking about moving my pest and termite account to someone local that CARES.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicholas from Green Mango for pest control services, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he prioritized excellent customer service. Nicholas was not only thorough in his approach but also extremely courteous throughout the entire process. Additionally, Nicholas handled both the indoor and outdoor spraying with great care and professionalism. It was reassuring to know that every corner of my home was being attended to, ensuring maximum effectiveness. If you're looking for pest control services, I highly recommend Nicholas from Green Mango. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to him, I can now enjoy a critter-free home!

It was nice to meet Jordan today as I am not home usually when he is here. I got to show him where my trouble stop is on the property and he agreed to continue treating my back fence line as that is where the mosquito problem is the worst. He is a good man

Paul Oyowe was great! He answered my many questions with knowledge of the issue I was having, pointed out somethings that I didn’t know, was polite, very professional, and friendly. I cherish, and appreciate great Customer Service. He eased my nerves concerning the emergency issue that had me terrified, which was needed at that time! I had been a customer of Arizona Best pest control company before it was acquired by Green Mango. Since the transition, the service experience declined significantly. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel. One month after sending the cancellation notice I was billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers’ time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. Update: After posting this review, Green Mango asked me to contact them. However, I had already emailed and called multiple times regarding this issue before posting the review. My cancellation request was submitted on May 23, 2026, and I am still awaiting resolution of the disputed $46 balance charged on June 11 and account cancelled.
