We used Purcor to help with a rat issue in our attic, they were responsive and took care of everything, answered all our questions, and proactively followed up. I want to specifically thank Nelson, who came out to check in on the traps on a Thursday, and later that night we noticed a strong smell from the attic (success). I messaged Nelson and he came and took are of it first thing Friday morning, even though he'd just been here the day before. So appreciative and all fixed before a long holiday weekend! Definitely recommend. Above & Beyond.

Nelson was amazing! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and was more than willing to answer all questions. He even went above and beyond and helped us address a possible termite issue prior to the actual termite appointment. I am more than satisfied with the services received. Thank you!

Luke was excellent especially working around our construction and cement being put in. He was timely and even came back because of rain. It was nice talking to a real person about this termite spraying to keep are termite bond active. He was very helpful courteous.

I had the utmost pleasure of having Purcor to investigate and eliminate our termite problem. Their inspection service is very thorough and all the technicians I've met - Nathan, Jeremy, and Luther - were very professional, gave us a detailed breakdown of what we needed to do, and I was very invested on their problem-solving approach to our termite problem that's been pestering us for almost 2 years. Compared to my previous experience with another termite extermination company (not so great experience), Purcor has been nothing but positive all around. The termicide and baiting stations that was used to eliminate our termite problems, it was very efficient in flushing out colonies that were nested underneath our house. Jeremy, our technician, informed me about the industrial and safety effectiveness of the termicide and baiting stations they used and I can very much attest to that! I highly recommend Purcor. Very professional technicians, reasonable price to shop around for their services, and very efficient extermination!
