A+ work. We had a Mice problem for weeks and caught around 6-8 babies in traps before we called Critter Stop. After they came, we hadn’t seen a single mouse inside the house. They’ve come out for a trap check for several weeks now, and today they noticed an issue on our roof where a previous roofing company messed up some shingles and there was light shining through into the attic. Adrian and Tommy fixed it for no extra charge. Excellent work and great people. They’ll always be my first call.

Critter Stop exceeded every expectation I had. I called them after discovering I had unexpected houseguests living rent-free in my attic… a raccoon and her babies. At some point, she fully moved in, had her children, and I am pretty sure she was one throw pillow away from filing for homestead rights. From the very first call, their responsiveness was incredibly impressive. They got back to me quickly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, which is saying a lot when you are lying in bed at night, wondering how many tiny hands are currently rearranging your insulation or hosting what sounds like a full CrossFit class above your ceiling. Their communication was excellent, both when scheduling the appointment and keeping me updated on arrival time. No guessing, no waiting, no spiraling into worst-case scenarios at 2 a.m. while googling “can raccoons chew through drywall and make eye contact.” Adrian was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and respectful, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel like I was not completely losing control of my own home. He handled the situation like it was just another Tuesday, while I was mentally preparing to list my house “lightly used, recently occupied by woodland creatures” and let the raccoons keep it. What stood out most was his integrity. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no dramatic “you need everything replaced immediately” speech. Just honest recommendations and real solutions. If a raccoon ever decides to start a family in your attic and treat your home like an all-inclusive resort, skip the panic and call Critter Stop. I could not recommend them more highly.

Definitely reccomend Critter Stop! Adrian and his crew are trustworthy professionals. We had a full attic restoration performed after mice got into our attic and chewed through our PEX. Very happy with the finished job.

I cannot say enough good things about Critter Stop and Adrian specifically. I had what turned out to be a raccoon getting into my soffit/overhang area, and Adrian came out, identified the animal (even found the handprint), confirmed it hadn’t gotten further into the roof, secured the entry point, and gave me a clear, practical plan for what to do if it finds another way in and when to move forward with roof repair. The thing that really stood out was Adrian’s expertise and integrity. No hard sell, no unnecessary upselling, just genuinely helpful service from someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend Critter Stop to anyone dealing with a wildlife issue in OKC.

Adrian did a fantastic job. He checked for entry points for critters during the inspection, provided tips on how to deal with problems in the future, and solved my immediate issue in the same visit. Excellent service.
