We just completed the four-week intensive rodent elimination program and we are happy that we had almost no activity in our basement area. The bait boxes are doing their job of stopping the mice from running around the basement. Through this period, our technician, Tavon, has been great to work with and has diligently worked the strategy to get the mice out of the basement. He clearly explains the strategy and answers any questions that I have. I highly recommend My Pest Pros and especially commend Tavon for his outstanding work.

If you have Jeffrey F. as your service technician, just know you’re in great hands. I am grossly particular in my expectations of companies who are servicing my home. I quietly watch their work to make sure things are always running smoothly but I am so incredibly happy that I don’t have to do that with my pest pros, especially when Jeff is conducting our services. I have been a client for years and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Antoyne was communicative about when he’d arrive, respected our house by wearing shoe covers, and made sure to listen to our concerns before getting started. I haven’t seen a wasp or spider since he came and I’m very happy with the service he provided! We’ve been using My Pest Pros for several years, and even though their pricing is a couple dollars more than other competing companies, we went with them for our new property because of the consistent communication and amazing service we receive every time. Anthony, service tech, was on time, friendly, and took care of the mosquito and tick spraying efficiently and thoroughly. He also mentioned how much he enjoyed working for the owners. It matters when people are happy where they work. They do a better job. Full stop.
