“The scheduling is pretty tough so if you call for a service, they are likely to schedule it out for a week. It appears there are very few emergency slots and we needed an emergency service. I had to really push and escalate to a manager to get them here and that shouldn't happen.”

He was a really nice guy, he explained what he was doing, but if that's the quarterly service then I don't know if that's worth the value of the money. I miss the local people and if I wanted to be part of a big pest control company then I would've gone with Terminix, so I wish they were never acquired.”
