I am extremely disappointed with my experience with American Pest Control. For the past seven months, I have been dealing with an ongoing pest infestation in my apartment, including bedbugs, roaches, beetles, and carpet mites. Throughout this process, I have felt that my concerns have not been taken seriously. My biggest concern is the accuracy of the inspection reports. I believe the reports do not accurately reflect what was observed in my apartment, and I have repeatedly been told that I do not have bedbugs or roaches despite what I have personally experienced. I have also been unable to obtain copies of the reports despite requesting them. I was also very troubled by the way an inspection was handled while I was participating in a scheduled Microsoft Teams interview. I informed both the pest control technician and apartment management that I needed privacy for my interview and asked them several times to leave my apartment. Instead, they continued entering and exiting my apartment during my meeting without my approval. I found this to be disruptive, unprofessional, and an invasion of my privacy. After seven months of dealing with this situation, I am left feeling frustrated, unheard, and without confidence that my concerns have been handled fairly or professionally. I expect inspection reports to be accurate, transparent, and based on the actual conditions observed, and I believe residents should have access to documentation concerning inspections conducted in their homes. I hope American Pest Control will review its inspection practices, improve communication with residents, and ensure that future customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and transparency.

Carlos does an amazing job! He is very respectful, reliable, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. He goes above and beyond to provide great service and is always willing to answer questions or address any concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making sure customers are satisfied. Definitely appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services!

I signed on with American Pest in October or November 2025. If it weren't for customer service, I would have canceled this service. I wasn't impressed with the initial visual assessment and treatment. The Termite bait traps installed to form an exterior perimeter was also never completed. After a couple of failed attempts, and a no show, I contacted the manager who came out and completed the installation. I also asked that the original person not come back. The manager assured me he will be coming out from now on. I was also told by a customer service that the manager will be coming out in the future. Yesterday was our service day and the invoice stated they were here between 12:40PM and 1:07PM. We were home all day. In the late afternoon when I called to check the status and I was told they were already out. I explained I've been home all day and nobody showed up. Yesterday's inspection report stated they knocked on the door, spread granules in the mulch beds, and left a door hanger. I stated to customer service that none of that happened in my opinion. And if it did, my Ring Camera would have captured the activity. I have a front and back Ring that never showed activity during the time they stated they were here. When I asked who was supposed to have shown up, I was told the original exterminator who I asked not to come back. I was assured the Manager will be coming out in the future. I'm so disappointed in that. I've attached Ring activity before and after the time the exterminator stated he was at our home and shots of the mulch beds that don't show granules. My Ring had no activity of him. There was also no door hanger, and no granules. Now I find myself waiting, again, for this new situation to be corrected. I just want someone who is reliable and trustworthy. I would also like the service that I'm paying for, and peace of mind. Right now, I'm not getting any of that.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lydia on getting my pest service booked and scheduled! She was so lovely to talk with and extremely helpful! Fred came by and delivered the service today, and he also did a fantastic job.
