signed up for service after paying $250 for an initial treatment. I later discovered that the agreement also included monthly billing of $42 and a cancellation fee if canceled within the first year. While the information may have been in the paperwork, I do not feel it was clearly explained during the sales process. I would encourage future customers to carefully review all recurring charges, cancellation terms, and contract obligations before signing. Customer service was not very kind to me and offered to let me listen tot he call and required 250$ to cancel though they came out 2 times this is a total of 800$ for some roachs

I would like to have a website so I can actually look at it and read your prices and what all it covers that would be great. We already have you for termites, but I would like to get some more protection done, but it’s not near my son’s name, I am the mother.

We had termite damage 7 years ago. It was treated by the company that Purcor bought out. Purcor has placed traps I bought around the house. They did send one man out 3 years ago to do minimal treatment on the outside. Any attempt they have made was unsuccessful in stopping the invasion. Every year for 7 years they fall from the attic. Last year they came and saw the termites and never called or sent someone out for treatment only inspections. They never find the location during those inspections by young people. I am waiting for one more contact/inspection and they are late.

Jeff is great! He has been the person I have dealt with since I’ve had the termite bond. He comes later for us so we can make it after work and more convenient. He’s fast and nice too!

Ryan was an outstanding tech for Purcor. He was on time, and also reschedule his day to fit my schedule. He was very professional. Purcor..you have a very experienced asset working for you.
