Kris came to do a follow up bedbug treatment today and he was amazing!! He let me know everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He even remade my bed when he was done! He deserves 10 stars very happy with his work.

Laura was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood the treatment process. She is professional, thorough, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. You can tell she really knows her stuff. Highly recommend her for anyone needing pest control services!

We have used Pointe Pest Control at our community for quite some time now, and Cameron has been our technician for a while. He has truly been such a blessing to work with. Not only does he provide excellent service, but he also takes the time to educate both our team and our residents about pests and the appropriate treatments. As a tenant in an office park, we do not have any say in who the pest company but I am pleased with Pointe Pest; Cameron is professional, efficient and thorough; our suite needs to be done in a certain order due to locked areas that need supervision; he gave a quick but thorough update. Everyone we have had in the past with Pointe Pest has been excellent too. Always willing to work around our hours (so not present when patients are here); always asks if we have any concerns. We have had pest problems in the past and happy with the level of service we are receiving now.
