Our service person was respectful and knowledgeable about insects/bugs. He treated the problems. Need time to see if this treatment worked. Thanks for coming out and dealing with our problems.

I'd take stars instead of giving ANY!!! Worse company to work with. Promises to come spray outside every 6 weeks then inside and outside every quarter...after initial service had to wait 11 WEEKS!! then because my quarterly service would be the next month they cancelled it so now I won't get interior service for another 4 months!!! Only reason for switching to Greenix was because the sales representative, Adam, would not take no for an answer and would not leave my front porch. Don't waste your time with this company. They bill you monthly and take your money but good luck getting any real service! Livid customer here!

The company is based on the customer agreeing with purchasing a subscription for services. My credit card was charged a total of 194.38 over three mts ( Oct. Nov. And Dec). The only service I received was removal of an unoccupied hornets nest in October 2025. No treatment was given to the area nest was in. Nor did the service man remove the debris left when he removed the nest. Once I found out that I was paying monthly payments but was not receiving any services beyond the removal of the hornets nest, I tried to cancel the subscription. I was informed by one of Greenix agents that I would have to pay an additional 268.92 in order to cancel the contract/ subscription. Greennix Pest Control does not seem like a worthy business I would recommend. I strongly recommend reading the terms of the contract/ subscription completely before signing the agreement. Greenix Pest Control never contacted me to schedule any appointments for inspections or treatments for pest control. Buyer be aware.

Julius came in and sprayed for ants and also offered in deph knowledge about how to take care of them in the future if the issue happens to arise again. Also checked around the house for other potential problems like perhaps rodents just to make sure everything looks good. He was very friendly and respectful. I would 100% hire him again. Totally recommend.
