Had my regularly scheduled service today and decided to drop a note to share my experience. I have had Greenix for over a year now. Extremely easy to deal with. Scheduling of services is hassle-free and customer service is great. Manny (our service technician) has been to our house a couple of times now and was exceptional. I discussed all the issues I had and Manny was able to do a very thorough coverage of everything mentioned. Garage was web-free, solution was applied to every nook and corner of our bedrooms and bathrooms and then the exterior was taken care of as ant traffic became very heavy with the weather warming up. I would recommend Greenix not just for what they do but how they treat and communicate with customers.

When I found roaches at my mom’s place, I panicked. The woman who answered at Greenix was amazing. She was super calm and reassuring. She explained the whole process, and I no longer wanted to burn the place down. The tech, Sarah, was so kind and patient with my mom. She took the time to explain what she was going to do, and even played with the dog. She was very professional and thorough. That level of customer service isn’t as common as it should be. I highly recommend Greenix.

Awesome service from Patrick at my home in the western suburbs! He was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the pests activity. He treated multiple areas for ants and even sprayed my back porch when asked for the spider mites. Really appreciate his positive attitude and great work!

It was It was removing a wasp nest in one of our trees. I forget the gentleman‘s name. He was very professional very helpful. I would highly recommend you guys to anybody that has a insect issue. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much.

Have been a Greenix customer for a couple of years. Had a great experience the first year with basic service, and expanded our service to include mosquitoes, ticks, etc. last year. For some reason, we stopped receiving service after the first of the year. When the rep came to treat us this time, he stated that we had missed a couple of treatments, but it wasn't clear why. He called the company who refunded one of our month's payments. He did a very thorough job making up for the the missed services. My only complaint is that I paid monthly and trust the company to deliver services on time. Sadly, had we not recognized that we hadn't had a door hangtag in awhile, the company would not have known. You would think that their system would notify them that we hadn't received pre-scheduled services, but it doesn't. As such, make sure that you look for those tags indicating that you are receiving treatment.
