I wanted to put a 10 out of 10 comment about your rep Xavier. Had the pleasure to meet this fine young man today who had just done a fantastic job on our home. If Romney continues to employee outstanding reps like Xavier you will have our business for many years to come. You should be proud to have on your team quality people like Xavier. Thank you Romney for just solidifying that our choice in choosing your company for the care of our home was the right choice. If you aren't using Romney Pest Control my question to you is why not? If you want a company to show up and do what you want THIS IS NOT THEM! The first two times were great then I started getting emails that they showed up when they didn’t, they did our termite stuff as well (still stuck with that bill right now 😡) but they only ever baited it once. When I called and asked they said someone came out I told them they did not and I wanted to cancel everything. This was a pain as well when I stated my concerns she told me she would have someone come and walk things with me and explain what they found. Surprise that never happened! Someone came out and sprayed the outside left. Oh and they will never tell you when they are coming either. You will get an email 3 days before with no time window so be prepared to stay home until they come if you want the interior of your home sprayed. They left a mouse trap in the garage when we were having an issue and said they would be back in a week and nope. So many issues not enough time.

Zeke has been coming to our house for years through his work with the exterminating company. He’s one of the most thorough and detail-oriented technicians I’ve ever worked with, and his communication is always clear and excellent. I recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs dependable, high-quality service

The technician(Jake) that came out to our home for initial treatment was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Felt like our home got the attention it needed. I was very impressed.

Office staff that answer the phone are always great and i have used them for years however after missing half a day of work for an appointment from 1pm-8pm which is a big window only to have the technician "Bailey" not call or text upon arrival for us to open the gate at 5pm, "mind you ive been home since 12pm" and then drive off and not answer the office when they tried to get ahold of them at 5:10pm. Im not sure when or if i will call back to reschedule cause honestly im really irritated but i will definitely ask for a better technician. Will update my review if i continue service
