Angel does an outstanding job every time he services my home. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and precise. I know that any pests are under control thanks to Purcor’s care and services. Always easy to get in touch with knowledgeable and kind members of the Purcor team and if any issues come up between service appointments, I can easily access help and have any concerns or issues addressed promptly. I had a very disappointing experience with Purcor Pest Solutions. I scheduled a termite inspection after being told that an inspection could be completed quickly and treatment could begin shortly afterward. After the appointment was confirmed by email, no one showed up for the scheduled inspection. More concerning, no one contacted me to let me know there was a delay or problem. Throughout the day, I called three separate times to find out what was happening. Each time, I was told the inspector was likely on the way. By the end of the day, the office was closed and I still had no information about the missed appointment. The next day, I contacted the company again and was told they could not determine what had happened with the inspector. I was also told a manager would contact me promptly, but I did not receive a callback and ultimately had to follow up myself. Only then was I informed that the inspection could not be completed for another week, and treatment availability was much farther out than I had originally been led to expect. The biggest issue for me was the complete lack of communication. I understand that scheduling problems and unexpected delays happen. However, when a confirmed appointment is missed and the customer receives no notice, no explanation, and no proactive follow-up, it creates unnecessary frustration and damages trust. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Taylor is an excellent worker and very good in what he does. But is getting to pricey for me. I love the professionalism and their work and I do want to continue with this company as long as they're willing to continue working with me..

PURCOR purchased the local pest control service we already had in place a couple of years ago. They continued with excellent, prompt and courteous monthly service for rodent control bait boxes around our four-plex. Price was excellent, based upon one sum for the four units, which we all split. Joe, our guy, was always on time and communicated every detail as needed. We recommend this company. Only issue was the call in voice prompt service, too lengthy and difficult to get to speak with a live representative.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I understand that Purcor acquired my original pest control company, and perhaps the transition contributed to how my account has been handled, but the experience has been unacceptable. Since the end of last year, I have repeatedly scheduled appointments where no one shows up. Each time, I’m told, “We don’t know what happened, please give us another chance to make it right,” yet the same issue continues. I’ve also been told multiple times that a supervisor would call me back, but I have never received a return call. At one point, I contacted the cancellation department, and the representative assured me she would resolve everything and asked me not to cancel. She even documented her promises in an email, which gave me confidence to give your company another opportunity. Unfortunately, no one showed up again. I followed up by email and received no response, and when I called, I was once again told a supervisor would reach out—yet no one did. After weeks of trying to resolve this, I finally spoke with Misty. While I typically avoid escalating issues, the repeated lack of service and communication has been extremely frustrating. During this call, she raised her voice and told me I would have to wait, which only added to my disappointment. This level of service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope your company takes steps to improve how customers are treated. Growth is important, but it should never come at the expense of basic customer care and accountability.
