Yesterday I filled out the online form and Haley Rico from GroGreen called me right away. She was very nice and friendly from the start, making the whole conversation feel easy and comfortable. Haley took the time to clearly explain all my options for lawn fertilization as well as pest control for the house. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped me understand what would work best for my yard and home. She also put together a great bundled deal for both services, which saved me money and the hassle of working with two different companies. It’s such a relief to have everything handled under one umbrella with GroGreen. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I received. Haley made the process simple, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Haley Rico and GroGreen to anyone looking for lawn care and home pest control. She’s a fantastic representative and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Haley – I’ll definitely be using your services again! Highly satisfied and happy to give this a full 5 stars!

Never got the treatments I paid for and terrible service every step along the way!!! I called GroGreen on Monday, March 2, 2026 for new service since I was starting to see weeds emerge. I advised I needed someone out quickly to begin service and I was assured someone would call to schedule service within the next 48 hrs, so I paid in full for their "Bronze" program for the year, which included a liquid aeration treatment, grub treatment, lawn insect treatment, and the monthly fertilization/treatments. By Thursday, no one had called me so I called back. No technicians were available until the upcoming Wednesday, so I scheduled for then. About 2 pm on Wednesday I get a text from the tech apologizing and stating his truck broke down and he wouldn't be able to service my property that day, but he would reschedule promptly. No one called to reschedule, so I called back and spoke to a wonderful customer service agent, Carla, and she advised she would escalate this to a manager for me. She placed me on hold and after a few minutes she advised her manager Shaun would call me back. I advised I expected a call today or I would be cancelling service. She advised she'd pass on the message. Shaun calls back a few minutes later and advises he can send someone out Friday, March 12th and I thank him for the help. Friday comes and my lawn is serviced, but when I read the report it recommends a grub treatment and a lawn insect treatment because the technician saw evidence of lawn damage. Despite the fact I paid for those treatments, he doesn't do them, so I call GroGreen again and ask why it wasn't done. Brandy advised those treatments must be scheduled separately (which I don't believe) and that someone will call me in the next few days to get it scheduled. Surprise, surprise, by Wednesday, March 18th no one has called. Needless to day, I called and spoke to the sweet Carla again and cancelled service. The only credit I will give them is that they processed my refund promptly after charging for the first service. I will not be doing business with GroGreen again and I highly recommend you try them out first before purchasing any plans or you may be horribly disappointed. Oh, and a week after weed application, my weeds are thriving!

Started GroGreen services about 2 years ago because my neighbor used them and his lawn was always perfectly green without weeds. Now my lawn has the same look! Our yard has many different sun/shade levels, types of grass it’s never looked better!

My original appt was for Tuesday, no-show and no call. Was rescheduled for Friday. No heads up call so I was not at the house when tech showed up, so I didn't get to put my dogs inside. Otherwise, service itself was good and lawn looks great. Just need better communication.
