There was a wasp nest tucked under our balcony railing and nobody in the family wanted to go outside anymore. The technician handled it calmly and waited until activity slowed before removing it. He even checked nearby corners for smaller nests before leaving. Very professional and patient service.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I own a property I was renting out to different people and needed to purchase regular pest control. When I spoke to one of their representatives, I was told to put the tenants phone number so that they can coordinate with the tenant to access the building, but that this was merely a formality because the tenant doesn’t even need to be home in order to receive the services. I told them this was a condo but they assured me that this was no issue. One month into renting to a tenant, the tenant was evicted. The tenant apparently then told the pest control company that she doesn’t live there any more. The pest control company then just decided to not service my property anymore for ten months. Collecting $50 per month for 10 months and didn’t receive any treatments. They never sent me any communications either on my services being discontinued either. They just took my money and did nothing. I didn’t even know that they stopped servicing my unit until the contract was going to renew and I was planning on stopping services because my unit caught fire and uninhabited. And I logged into the portal and noticed that it seemed like they never serviced my property. I called them and they were even confused why I never received my services either. It took them seven days three phone calls to come to a resolution and they were only willing to refund me $150. Do NOT use this service if you are an individual renting a condo to tenants. They seem to only work well for people who live in the residence that needs service.
