Had my regularly scheduled service today and decided to drop a note to share my experience. I have had Greenix for over a year now. Extremely easy to deal with. Scheduling of services is hassle-free and customer service is great. Manny (our service technician) has been to our house a couple of times now and was exceptional. I discussed all the issues I had and Manny was able to do a very thorough coverage of everything mentioned. Garage was web-free, solution was applied to every nook and corner of our bedrooms and bathrooms and then the exterior was taken care of as ant traffic became very heavy with the weather warming up. I would recommend Greenix not just for what they do but how they treat and communicate with customers.

When I found roaches at my mom’s place, I panicked. The woman who answered at Greenix was amazing. She was super calm and reassuring. She explained the whole process, and I no longer wanted to burn the place down. The tech, Sarah, was so kind and patient with my mom. She took the time to explain what she was going to do, and even played with the dog. She was very professional and thorough. That level of customer service isn’t as common as it should be. I highly recommend Greenix.

Ryan signed us up and Gio provided our pest control service, and I was so pleasantly surprised to finally encounter people that value excellent customer service in today’s society! Excellent and easy communication by text, both incredibly kind, and both very detailed and supportive. I am SO happy with our switch to Greenix!

The field worker, Emanuel, was excellent . He was knowledgeable and efficient. He found a wasp nest and was able to treat our house outside and property for various insects and wasps. We also have vole traps which are keeping rodents away. It’s all very helpful!

Cody did a good job. He explained what he did & how it works. He took care of the ants inside and the bees outside. He gets a 5 star!!! When I told him about the 8-10am appointment I was supposed to have he told me that he was never told by the office. This is a regular occurrence. The office needs a lot of help getting their ducks in a row!! You can't tell customers they have an appointment, then not tell the technician. The office people get a 1 star, when I called about it I was interrupted multiple times and felt like it wasn't normal to get an appointment time... 🙃
