Great experience from the initial call I made and spoke to Tyler to the service of Adrian. I would highly recommend this company. Adrian took his time, explained everything to me. Answered all my text since I wasn’t home . He Sent photos . Great customer service and what’s better a piece of mind. He even found ground bees . I didn’t have to tell them .A Pro active company.

Their applicator. Adrian was a consummate professional. However, what the corporation promised initially with the sales guy and what these applicators that come out to do the job do is contradictory and misrepresentative of what the final product does for your home. Since employing Green-Ex, I've lost four trees to stellar white snow drift crabs, one half of a corkscrew Willow and one Japanese white birch to bugs. The sales people to make the deal and the products and what the services provided by the applicators are not the same. They don't use the amount of granular on a large home that they need to and the sprays do not have surfacant additions so that they stick and continue to kill after repeated rains. I will not use them again after they have locked me in for 18 months stating that even if I cancel I have to pay them 3 months worth of additional payments. It's a con game and I've lost more trees with this company than any other company I've used because of the misrepresentation of the salesperson, not the applicators. The applicator was wonderful but he's limited and his hands are tied by the corporations directives. My trees are sitting out there and they're getting eaten alive And the applicators are not allowed to spray the trees. Go figure. I still have carpenter ants in my house. Adrian sprayedville pretty intensely in the house and we put down some bug catching glue traps. They do a pretty good job with their boxed mouse traps that they put poison in throughout the property but personally from an insecticide standpoint they're very weak because of the corporate directives that are completely ignorant and negligent to the the insect-specific times that bugs come out to eat certain trees and they just simply haven't figured out help the end user customer to protect their homes and their trees and bushes from Total infestation

My Greenix rep Shane was great--very patient and thorough. Offered me significantly more comprehensive and service than wha I was getting with my previous company for a comparable price, including tic, mosquito, and wasp control. I am especially grateful for the tic control since my property backs up to a meadow and I have rescue dog. When my tech, Gio, came to do the application, he was also very personable and thorough, telling me exactly what he would do and to call him if there were any issues after the application. I am very satisfied with Greenix and I do recommend them.

Greenix employee quickly removed 2 new wasp nests from our bedroom window. He accomplished this with expertise and safety, removed the nests, and sprayed in and around our window to deter any wasps from coming back. He also sprayed a random ants nest that I discovered along our corner landscaping. Thank you!

Awesome service from Patrick at my home in the western suburbs! He was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the pests activity. He treated multiple areas for ants and even sprayed my back porch when asked for the spider mites. Really appreciate his positive attitude and great work!
