Ali was exceptional. Showed up on time and gave insightful experience with how the process worked. I have two small children and 2 dogs and he gave me detailed instructions on when to come back into the spaces and what level of caution I needed to take with the kids and dogs. Was patient as I moved some furniture around and was all together a pleasant person. It was a great experience and my pests are going to be a crisis in the rear view mirror!

Kenneth was professional from start to finish. Upon arrival, he made sure to inform me of his presence on my property and the service he would be providing. To took care in ensuring he did not damage my irrigation as well as alerting me to addiitional damage that was being caused by carpenter bees and recommendations for treatment. I am very pleased with the service.

Green Pest Services does a good job at a reasonable price. Wasn’t happy they arbitrarily cancelled my initial appointment with no notification. When I called to question, I was told they rescheduled me for almost 3 weeks later. When questioned about zero notification about the cancellation, the response was they would call me a couple days before the new appointment date to set a time. To me, this is very poor business and even worse customer service. The technician did a good job while on site but still not happy when there are other companies that cost less.

The technician who helped me was named Gabriel. He was very knowledgeable and in my opinion most importantly, his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He pointed out the problem and explained how exterminator services probably would not remedy the issue. I think there are some companies who would charge for multiple services knowing full well that what they were doing was not going to resolve the problem.

Just received pest treatment for my house, Eyasu was very vocal on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also really great with my daughter when she came to greet him when we were out doing yard work. I recommend this company hands down. They are punctual and naturals at defining the cause and treating pests.
