Aaron seems very knowledgeable on what he’s doing. He explains very detailed what he does and what needs to be done on our part. He is very friendly and polite. We’re getting ready to get more service done and will update outcome.

Kenneth was professional from start to finish. Upon arrival, he made sure to inform me of his presence on my property and the service he would be providing. To took care in ensuring he did not damage my irrigation as well as alerting me to addiitional damage that was being caused by carpenter bees and recommendations for treatment. I am very pleased with the service.

Just received pest treatment for my house, Eyasu was very vocal on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also really great with my daughter when she came to greet him when we were out doing yard work. I recommend this company hands down. They are punctual and naturals at defining the cause and treating pests.

I highly applaud and appreciate the service provided by Bryan and all the other technicians with whom I have interacted. My main concern and dissatisfaction is with Management. I received an e-mail schedule for service on a specific date. Nobody showed up. When I complained I was told, we do not contact customers if we can't keep an appointment. Is that good customer service? Certainly not. Shame on Management that embraces that mentality. Based solely on Management's attitude, I rate 1 star. AGAIN, THIS ONE STAR RATING IS NOT AGAINST THE "DEDICATED TECHNICIANS." IT'S SOLELY AGAINST "INEFFICIENT MANAGEMENT."

We recently moved into a new house and wanted to get set up with seasonal pest control. We initially chose Green Pest services because of their environmentally-conscious products that would be safe for our family. We will continue to use them not only for that element, but also because they've been so great to work with. Setting up the appointment was very easy and their customer service was polite and professional. The day of our service, our technician, Kai, had a little trouble finding our house as it's a new build and maps don't always recognize the address. He was so kind and patient as I explained how to find us and then went above and beyond to take care of our house and explain the treatment details to us. We look forward to continuing to work with the company and have nothing but "10 out of 10/no notes" appreciation for Kai. He was amazing!
