⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with our tech DJ! From start to finish, DJ was very professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explain the issue clearly, and walk me through the treatment plan. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions without rushing. They made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process, which I really appreciated. Since the service, I’ve already noticed a big improvement, and it’s clear they did a thorough job. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control service. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I had to call AmericanPest because of a follow-up appointment I had to cancel because of rain. Every time we chose a day, the rain came even though the weather report stated it wasn't going to rain. I want everyone to know that the following Reps, Supervisors, etc. helped me with this situation/calls with kindness, courteousy, professionalism, care, concern, etc. The Customer Service I received was excellent... Kudos to Stephanie, Gayle, George, Carlessa, Noelle. I would recommend this company highly... this team is great!

I signed on with American Pest in October or November 2025. If it weren't for customer service, I would have canceled this service. I wasn't impressed with the initial visual assessment and treatment. The Termite bait traps installed to form an exterior perimeter was also never completed. After a couple of failed attempts, and a no show, I contacted the manager who came out and completed the installation. I also asked that the original person not come back. The manager assured me he will be coming out from now on. I was also told by a customer service that the manager will be coming out in the future. Yesterday was our service day and the invoice stated they were here between 12:40PM and 1:07PM. We were home all day. In the late afternoon when I called to check the status and I was told they were already out. I explained I've been home all day and nobody showed up. Yesterday's inspection report stated they knocked on the door, spread granules in the mulch beds, and left a door hanger. I stated to customer service that none of that happened in my opinion. And if it did, my Ring Camera would have captured the activity. I have a front and back Ring that never showed activity during the time they stated they were here. When I asked who was supposed to have shown up, I was told the original exterminator who I asked not to come back. I was assured the Manager will be coming out in the future. I'm so disappointed in that. I've attached Ring activity before and after the time the exterminator stated he was at our home and shots of the mulch beds that don't show granules. My Ring had no activity of him. There was also no door hanger, and no granules. Now I find myself waiting, again, for this new situation to be corrected. I just want someone who is reliable and trustworthy. I would also like the service that I'm paying for, and peace of mind. Right now, I'm not getting any of that.

I signed a contract with American Pest over 6 months ago. My initial inspection didn’t fully inspect my house, I asked for service calls which are included in my contract and never got them. My pest issues have gotten worse and I have only gotten sage advice such as “watch your house and call us if you see where they’re coming in” about wasps that have been coming into my home for 6 months. I asked if I could get a service call, which is included in my contract, over a month ago and someone showed up without telling me, so I was not here. I asked if they could do anything more (closing entry points, non-visual inspections, etc) and never got a response for over a month. I was ignored for 15 days, got a generic non-response with no rescheduling of my service call, and then ignored for 10 more days. Followed up again yesterday and was told to call a number that is actually for homes.com and none of my questions were ever answered. I was told that I was scheduled for a June 1 date with no consultation, and I’d be billed for another month of service with no guarantee that they are providing me with anything of use. I’m not only mad at this point but also consider the “service” I have received to be fraudulent because I asked to have my plan canceled if they could not offer me anything more. No response. They also sprayed without telling me and I got a report directing me to keep my kids and pets off the lawn for a few hours, but thy sent it at 8pm and we were all outside from 4-8. Truly unacceptable.

I would like to recognize Kevin M. the American Pest technician for providing excellent service. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure all areas were properly treated. His friendly attitude and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend American Pest.
