We decided to go with Critter Stop after discovering a family of ringtails in our attic, and we’re so glad we did. We worked with Jacob in Austin, and I really appreciated how much time he took to explain the estimate and walk me through everything that was happening. We’re very grateful for the care and thoroughness he put into the job, and I would highly recommend Critter Stop to anyone needing their services.

Had the pleasure of working with Jordan, Jacob and James on the team. We had some rodent and squirrel activity up in our attic and Critter Stop came to save the day. They were super communicative, punctual and did a great job of blocking and filling holes around our attic/roof and coming by to check regularly to see if any had come back. It's been a few weeks since the main service and so far, no creepy sounds from the attic!

I rarely leave reviews but this team earned it. Cynthia from Critter Stop inspected every room, identified the source, and laid out a simple treatment plan. She followed up after the visit and the difference has been night and day. Professional, respectful, and effective. Highly recommended

Jacob was excellent in assisting with our roof invaders. He communicated clearly, was always on time and diligent in providing information. I was impressed by the affordability of the company's services and their warranty information. Our issue has been resolved and I hope we dont have to reach out again but I'm so grateful for their good work in sealing off our access points and the critter cam. No critters were captured on my cam but they were so good at texting me the and providing me what I asked for.

Jacob at Critter Stop helped us get a family of raccoons out of our attic. He sealed off all but one access point, then set up motion sensitive cameras to figure out who had invaded our space. Once he saw the raccoons on camera, he set out pheromones, and the mommy raccoon swiftly got her babies/ teenagers out. He then sealed up that last vent with an industrial level cover that hopefully they can't get through again. Raccoons are adorable, but not when they are having a party above our bedroom! After the critters got out, Jacob came back and disinfected the attic. Jacob communicated well and answered questions quickly. Having the cameras really helped with the process. I'm hoping we don't have trouble in the future, but if we do, we will certainly call Critter Stop again.
