Ask for Jordan at Critter Stop. He showed up on time, identified a raccoon that had torn through my soffit and started nesting in my attic, smoked the attic to clear it out, and helped me develop a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. What impressed me most was his honesty. There was no upselling and no pressure—just straightforward advice, expert knowledge, and a genuine desire to help solve the problem the right way. It's rare to find that kind of integrity and customer service today. I highly recommend Jordan and Critter Stop for any wildlife or animal control needs.

Manda is the best! She taught us about mosquitos and the products that make them infertile. That was so interesting! She is such a great person, loves all animals and protects and rescues them at all costs. Some employees in similar fields put animals down fairly often, oh, not my girl Manda! She will set live traps and wait for them. Sometimes she leave a and swings back around to get them. But she never forgets a single soul in a trap. She protects them and the families who want the critter removed and relocated. I can't think of a better person for this job. It's a lifestyle for her I assume. Although she is small, she is buff and mighty! Her example of all the things a woman can do have inspired me to go after my dream of protecting others. I have changed my major as a return student. Ladies, we can do anything! If you don't believe me, call credit control and request only Amanda to come out to your place. You will meet one of the strongest women on the planet.

We decided to go with Critter Stop after discovering a family of ringtails in our attic, and we’re so glad we did. We worked with Jacob in Austin, and I really appreciated how much time he took to explain the estimate and walk me through everything that was happening. This company will not give you before and after pictures of the work they claim to have done. Their workers are stretched and stressed as admitted by one of their own workers. You will receive zero response from them when you have questions. They will charge you and ignore your requests. They claimed I had rats and 2 ringtails but nothing was caught in traps or on video. I asked for before and after photos of the areas they sealed and they wouldn’t provide them. Select a better company.

Had the pleasure of working with Jordan, Jacob and James on the team. We had some rodent and squirrel activity up in our attic and Critter Stop came to save the day. They were super communicative, punctual and did a great job of blocking and filling holes around our attic/roof and coming by to check regularly to see if any had come back. It's been a few weeks since the main service and so far, no creepy sounds from the attic!
