I’ve used North Fulton for my pest control since moving here from Florida. This is a great company, one of the best, for any kind of service, that I’ve ever worked with. Specifics: a real person, usually the same one or two, always answers the phone OR actually returns your call if you leave a message. The communication is as wonderful as their service. They tell you who is coming out, and when, the technician lets you know he is on the way, they do an excellent job, and every person is very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. They provide service to my son and his family also, and they have had the same excellent experience. I never have any bug problems, but I know if I did, North Fulton will come right out between scheduled appointments to take care of any issues I might have. I very much recommend North Fulton for pest control, you will be so glad you chose them! It’s a rarity these days to find such amazing customer service, and pest control is so important. Thank you North Fulton!

Great communication from the beginning - the office and the techs can text which is super helpful to schedule things/ask questions during a busy workday. Furthermore, their techs are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Jack came out today for both pest and rodent control. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions very patiently. He is also very considerate - for example, he offered to wear shoe covers upon entering the house, which I really appreciate. Jamal did the initial consultation - my husband was at the house for it, but Jamal took the time to give me a call separately to follow up and explain everything to me as well (when he did not have to!). Overall great company with very easy communication, scheduling, and very quick responses!

We switched to North Fulton Pest Solutions a couple years ago for our quarterly whole house pest control and have been 💯 satisfied. Joe makes scheduling easy, is reliable, responsive, and communicative. He has consistently kept our home pest free. Most recently our dog brought home a flea issue and Joe again gave us the personal attention we wanted with the urgency we needed. Highly recommend!

Quincy has been absolutely fantastic! He’s always professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough with his work. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right—he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is handled properly. Since he’s been taking care of our home, we’ve seen a huge improvement. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands. Mason was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. He handled the full service for the squirrel issue and even pointed out a few things on my roof that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty. Would definitely recommend.
