I had a fantastic experience with everyone at Sta-Built. From design to completion. There were a couple issues (normal for construction projects) that Mark and his installers corrected quickly. Our retaining wall with built in seating, lighting, and steps are fantastic. They exceeded our expectations. Mark recommended a concrete contractor that we needed. They are great also. We will definitely continue our relationship with Sta-Built. I'm a construction and renovation project coordinator on the Navy base by trade. I've dealt with a lot of subcontractors and I can tell you that Mark is a rock star! Don't let him go!

Sta-built was fantastic from start to finish—quick to respond, professional, and flexible when I asked to move up our project timeline. The yard turned out exactly as we envisioned, with excellent workmanship. Special thanks to Jesse for regular updates, making sure every request was addressed, and having me review the raw materials before starting. That attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier!

Todd, Mark, and the Sta‑Built team delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Todd took the time to understand our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions that strengthened the overall plan. The workmanship was outstanding—Alfredo did an amazing job. There was a significant language barrier, but technology helped streamline communication and kept the project moving smoothly. Mark was also fantastic to work with. He handled every detail with a professional, no‑nonsense attitude that I really appreciated. He made sure the project turned out exactly the way we envisioned and helped resolve the small details that make a big difference in the final result. Showed up after work to price out a small hardscape refresh and left impressed by how straightforward the process felt. The estimator listened, measured and laid out options without pressure. Scheduling was quick and the crew that arrived was punctual, tidy, and kept the site organized between steps. Edges are clean, joints are tight, and the overall layout looks dialed in even where the grade changes. Communication stayed consistent from bid to sweep-up and the final invoice matched what we agreed. Easy five stars, would return.
