“Painting the entire inside of our 150 year old home was a very big job, certainly complicated by Covid and health protections for us and the painting team. The team was punctual, friendly and easy to work with. Overall we are satisfied with the work but there were too many issues with paint splatter and mess left on fixtures, switch plates, sinks, hardware, etc. -- though they were pointed out, the team did not clean them as well as they should have and we were left to deal with it. I felt some work was sloppy, particularly in bathrooms where tape should have been used to protect surfaces. I also thought that more sanding should have been done to smooth out trim and spindles from old layers of paint.”

“It took 50% more time to complete the project than I was told it would take. They did a sloppy job in some places, and they missed a lot of little things. With how much money I paid for this service, it's the little things that matter. I wanted to rearrange photos I had arranged on the walls, and they didn't take out the nails, plaster, and paint that. So I had to take the nails out myself, fill the holes, then paint those filled holes, when that was something they said they would take care of for me.”

“I would HIGHLY recommend your work! But it is difficult to pass your number on without reservation because one of your representatives, Jim, doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. I sent at least 4 emails requesting a bid from him and it took over 6 weeks to get an estimate from him. I have passed your number on before when your painters had done an AMAZING job on my cabinets but the people I referred couldn't get a response from tech painting.”

“Tech Painting Company was referred because of them being able to work with cleaning and clearing lead. However, after the job was completed lead was still found in the home and legally we could not return until it was removed. So they had to come back to do it all over again, which added three weeks until we could move back into the home.”
