CertaPro Painters did an excellent job on our 3½-story row house. They repaired damaged window frames, painted the entire exterior, and added an accent color that gave the house a much more polished and finished appearance. The crew arrived promptly every morning and was professional and dependable. They told us the project would take four days, and they completed it right on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Jorge and his partner were a professional, efficient, and genuinely kind team to paint my home. They had to deal with the challenges of my building being in the middle of the city: no parking and a very specific process for entering the building. They kept me informed as they navigated those obstacles and somehow still arrived smiling and ready to tackle the job. I felt completely comfortable leaving while they worked and appreciated the text updates on their progress throughout the day. Everything in my home was treated with care and respect, so I returned to beautiful work and virtually no cleanup. I should probably have led with the headline: the wall repair and paint look beautiful! I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Just as importantly, though, I wanted to make sure this team receives the recognition they deserve. From start to finish, they took obvious pride in their work. They were friendly, professional, and smiling all day long. It's easy to compliment the final result, but I was equally impressed by how they treated both me and my home. They made what could have been a stressful day remarkably easy, and I am incredibly grateful for their excellent work.

I chose CertaPro Painters to repaint the entire interior of my house, and I am very happy that I did. Everyone was very communicative and on time from day one, which is very important to me. Karina was the crew chief and I trusted her and the crew completely. David, the owner, is very responsive and was great about taking care of any small issues - even agreeing to help fix problems that other contractors had caused! (Many thanks to Jorge for coming back to my house several times and being delightful with my dog who fell in love with him.) i would definitely choose this company again for any painting projects.
