Mark was truly a godsend as we navigated the challenges of flood damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Words cannot fully capture how much his compassion, kindness, and exceptional workmanship helped ease such a stressful situation. His team was not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful, kind, and personable—qualities that can be rare in the construction industry. They did a phenomenal job restoring our walls after flood cuts, expertly handling a complex mix of plaster, wallboard, and drywall. In addition to the wall repairs, Mark's team also took care of all the baseboards, trim work, and painting with precision and care. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to every task surpassed anyone we’ve worked with before. Now that our home is on the market, we’ve already received positive feedback from prospective buyers on the quality of the repairs. Even our neighbors have commented that Mark’s work far exceeded that of the contractors they hired. We are beyond grateful to Mark and his team for their incredible support during such a difficult time. Without a doubt, we will work with him on any future projects and highly recommend him to anyone in need of exceptional craftsmanship and service! Both my wife and I are totally happy and pleased with Marks painters and how our house looks. They did a top-notch painting job, and his team was friendly, nice, and respectful and ensured we were happy with their work and that everything was done the way we wanted. The job included: Exterior Preparation Power wash all exterior surfaces cover all windows with plastic Scrape and sand to remove loose or peeling paint. paint/remove old anchors Caulk around ceilings in front and back porch. Caulk windows as needed. Any cracks or holes will be caulked as needed stucco prime whole house with clear sealer. Exterior Painting Walls: after power wash and prep spray with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint color swsw2832 Colonial Revival Gray. TRIM (Doors, Soffit Fascia etc.): after prep paint with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Paint Pure White SW7005 and prep front door and paint with Sherwin Williams Downing Slate SW 2819. Again, this was a great experience, and we will use Mark's painting again and recommend his company to anyone that is looking to paint the exterior or interior of their home.

Marks Painting was exceptional. Quality, timing and cost were all outstanding. Franklin was my painter and he was extremely professional and paid strict attention to detail. They did an exceptional job overall. Strongly recommend them for your painting needs.

Called to set up an appointment to paint our cabinets. We waited all day on the day of the appointment, he never showed. We gave him another chance, he arrived, Took photos and discussed options....he said he would email the quote, he didn't. I reached out a few times, finally received it. We had also asked for a quote to paint the outside of our home, we are still waiting on that quote. I have emailed, called, texted...still no response, we are just going to go with another company at this point...reading the other negative reviews it seems like this is the main issue with this company. communication is key!!
