Our home had reached its 10-year-old mark, the age that our purchase inspector suggested we should get a re-caulk and re-paint. We got a few bids and they were all very similar, but QAP&C could get started right away and, importantly, I liked their vibe. Professional marketing and online presence, good benefits for their employees, etc. From the initial meeting with Nick, the estimator, to the actual painting crew, everything was super-professional. The painters arrived on time, worked all day and did great work. They were friendly and great communicators. I got a video at the end of every workday that discussed what they had done and what the next day would accomplish. They finished bang on time, even with a one-day rain delay. The quality of the work is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire QAP&C again. They were excellent, detail-oriented and professional. Good job to the owners and managers for creating such a successful business. THANK YOU!

We wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for the incredible work on our recent project. From start to finish, we felt so grateful that we trusted Queen Anne with our home. The whole team showed daily dedication to thoroughness and quality. It was so evident that they genuinely cared about their work and were proud of what they were creating. That kind of craftsmanship and pride doesn't go unnoticed, and feels hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier, and we'll absolutely look to refer Queen Anne to friends and neighbors whenever we can. Thank you, again, to the whole crew for such a wonderful experience.

We were blown away by the quality of their work and attentiveness to detail. both the painting and the carpentry were excellent. Jon and his crew were extremely friendly, very accommodating, responsive to our feedback, and ready with helpful suggestions. There were lower bids on our job, but we decided to go with Queen Anne and we are really glad we did. We definitely got what we paid for, and then some.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend them. In late April, I scheduled an estimate for minor carpentry and trim restoration. The project manager, Luke, visited on 5/6/26, walked through the projects with me, confirmed they could do the work, and promised a quote by end of week. Instead, I spent weeks chasing him. And despite repeated calls and texts, I didn't receive a quote until 5/26/26, and it omitted the core carpentry work. Luke suggested starting with touch-up work first to scope the larger job, which I agreed to, and he promised a revised quote. Again, I had to follow up persistently. More than once he told me he'd emailed the quote, but nothing ever arrived in my inbox or spam folder. When the quote finally came, I signed immediately. The work was scheduled a couple of weeks out, then rescheduled again due to a sick worker. When the crew finally arrived on 7/10/26 (nearly three months after my first call) they told me the touch-up work couldn't be completed in the scheduled 6-hour day and would take multiple days. To be fair, Alex, the painter they sent, was professional, kind, and genuinely tried to find a workable compromise while he was at my home. This was a stark contrast to everyone else I dealt with at this company. When we raised this with a second project manager, he was defensive, insisted it would be "6 hours across multiple days," as if they did nothing wrong, and then told me my deposit likely would not be refunded. To summarize: three months of delays, weeks of unreturned calls, quotes that were promised but never sent, a job their own crew said was mis-scoped on arrival, and a refusal to refund my deposit for work they didn't perform. Look elsewhere.

Queen Anne Painting was communicative & highly professional from start to finish with our project. Jesus started with carpentry repairs & did a great job. We then had Abel & his team on for the prepping & painting. They were on time, hard working, courteous & awesome at their jobs! Abel communicated clearly on a daily basis. We also had great a great experience with Cory who provided the bid and continued to oversee the project after it started. Thanks to Queen Anne Painting our house looks like a new place!
