🎨 We are so happy with 360• painting! 🎨 Fast and professional estimate, included pictures of the scope of the job 🎨 Out of three quotes they were in the middle and I think fairly priced 🎨 The painters showed up on time and worked hard and long days/ the crew who worked my job were THE BEST, so kind and extremely professional. Cleaned up daily, were joyful and seemed to take pride in their work! 🎨 Addressed any issues quickly 🎨Final walkthrough with staff and easy payment via link 🎨The only negative was that somehow our job “disappeared” from the schedule by mistake but they ended up being able to pull it off on time. Bottom line- this is a professional company 10/10 recommend!

Overall sloppy paint job. How do you miss something this obvious? Also, had to touch up basically all the trim as they didn’t use enough paint in their sloppy once over trim swipe. No homeowner should have to correct the mistakes when you hire out professionals to complete a paint job. They will respond to this review saying they offered to come back out and I declined and this is true. But why would a homeowner trust they would be capable of correcting their sloppy work and why would I mess w them again w scheduling. Find a painter w better quality control or just do it yourself.

I had a very good overall experience with 360 Painting, with one important caveat. The actual painting crew—Jairo, Pepe, and Christian—were excellent. They were professional, respectful of my home, and did a very nice job. They showed up, worked efficiently, and delivered quality results. I would absolutely recommend them based on their workmanship and professionalism. The challenge for me was the structure of the company as a franchise. There were multiple layers involved (sales, estimating, scheduling, project management, ownership), which made communication more complicated than it needed to be. I found myself having to ask for clarification on contract details such as scope, number of coats, and pricing for additional work to ensure everything was clearly defined. While those questions were ultimately addressed, the process felt more administrative than expected for a relatively straightforward project. In the end, the finished work was very good, and the crew deserves full credit. I would encourage future customers to make sure all details are clearly outlined upfront, especially when working within a multi-layered franchise structure.

I had a great experience with 360 Painting of Greater Nashville. The entire team was professional and great communication skills. I did not find that to be true with other painting companies that I received quotes from. I was completely satisfied with the time the job took, the cleanup each day and the quality of the paint that was used. The project was painting the exterior of my house . It looks so much better after it was painted. Thank you 360 Painting of Greater Nashville.

We had the best experience with every person we worked with. From the very beginning with Carly, talking through which walls we would like to paint and which colors would look best with our floor colors, to Carson doing a great job letting us know which phase of the project we are in and communicating timelines, to Oscar and his crew painting the walls and being so kind every time we came to check in! They are the real deal and great to work with! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
