Julio and his team restored my faith in contractors; in that, they allowed me to see that there are still contractors out there who you can trust to get the job done, and that care about the quality of their work. Julio and his team are all of that and some more. They are accommodating, professional, punctual, hardworking, respectful, kind, and they are so very good at working through complex issues. They truly treat your home and your project like it is their own. Okay, okay, I know I need to tell you all about the service that they provided. I contracted JL Painting to remove my storm door as well as my entry door so that they could install a new composite wood door jamb (frame) as my original door jamb and other framework was deteriorating from age and moisture. After installing the new door jamb, they reinstall my entry door. They also install a new storm door as my previous storm door was not the proper size. In addition to that, they install new weather stripping, door sweep, and door sill. It actually feels like a new door. There is no light or air coming in, and it feels nice and tight. Plus, the jamb (frame) looks nice and presentable. They reused my interior door trim and was careful not to damage it. Then, the painting crew came out to paint everything, that is, the inside and outside door as well as the interior and exterior trim. From the beginning of my project to the end Julio made me feel like I was in good hands as he was responsive. He took the lead and helped me as the direction of my project changed; in that, I had ordered a new door to be installed, but it arrived dented, so, I opted to have a new jamb installed but reinstall the old door. Julio ordered everything that I needed to reinstall the old entry door. The carpentry work performed by Marvin and Dennis was outstanding as they are seasoned experts in their field of work. I was also satisfied with the crew that performed the paint job. With all the contractors out there, I am so very pleased, and I am so happy that I chose JL Painting to execute my project. I have no doubt that I will be using them time and time again. I will also be referring them to family, friends and neighbors. If I could give them more than a 5 stars, I would!!! Needless to say, I highly recommend JL Painting for your home improvement needs. I apologize for not providing photos of this project that I am so proud of. I tried to upload before and after photos of my door project, but for some reason, I was unable to do so. If I can figure out what is preventing me from uploading the photos, I will upload the photos at a later date.

Julio and his team were very responsive and efficient, and did a terrific job painting the inside of our home (and repairing multiple drywall defects) as well a refinishing our rustic wood floors. We look forward to having his team back to work on some additional items in the next several months. Very professional, and I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend you enlist Julio & his crew for any home project!! They executed a gorgeous renovation of my 1960s rancher, transforming it from a dark, outdated house with small spaces to a bright, updated home with a beautiful, open living space. This included a new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, interior drywall and painting, new basement flooring, lighting updates and additions and some plumbing work. Plus, they helped me keep the original oak flooring, weaving in new flooring where needed, sanding and sealing everything. I was so grateful that the crew was willing to work with me on preserving the good vintage elements, while updating the bad. I was also very impressed with his crew - both the craftsmanship (full-service: painting, drywall, carpentry, tile, etc.), and their character. They were respectful, punctual, hard-working, and they left a clean workspace at the end of each day, which was much appreciated as I lived through the renovation! Julio is extremely responsive and is flexible and accommodating with the scope of work - both of which are hard to find in the general contracting space. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with JL Painting Corp and will absolutely be hiring them again for other projects!

JL Painting Corp, led by Julio and his crew, is outstanding. In addition to being professional painters, they are also provide almost all home improvement services. They are truly a "one stop shop" They completely transformed my new home by painting the entire interior & exterior. They are skilled electrical work as well as putting on a new roof. Their work is of the highest quality, and their rates are very competitive.I wholeheartedly recommend JL to anyone in need of exceptional home improvement services. JL Painting Corp did an excellent job renovating a condo. The team removed the old kitchen and installed white kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. They removed old carpet and installed stylish LVP flooring, and painted the entire unit. The team worked everyday to complete the job quickly. The team had a great work ethic. Pricing was fair. When the condo was listed for sale, it sold within one week. JL Painting also promptly repaired a roof leak at my house and repainted the ceilings. Very reliable. I highly recommend JL Painting Corp.
