“When I contract with a company, I expect the company to perform the work, not a subcontractor. I could have contracted with the subcontractor and saved the overhead that Blue Sky recieved.”

“Contact person/project manager very pleasant but work was sloppily done, leaving drips on molding, unpainted door jamb, etc. Left dangling rack and hooks on walls although instructed to remove all attached items from walls. Removed ceiling plant hook and left a noticeable patch even though they were not contracted to paint the ceilings. They reportedly changed the light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures as agreed, but they had not done so. This omission necessitated calling an electrician to check the lights---to change three bulbs at a cost of $123.60.”
