“I hired Five Star to paint my home exterior. What I appreciated most about Five Star is communication and adherence to the timeline and schedule. There was one spot that was not well painted that I would have expected the supervisor to catch, but when I mentioned it they did fix it.”

“They did staining and painting, but they removed a gutter elbow to match paint and never replaced it. They came to pick up the extra paint to paint a new one and never returned the paint or elbow. So now I have to go buy an elbow, match paint, pay for the paint and replace myself. Also, I had them come for a quote for interior work, restaining stairs and painting/caulking, and they never got back to me with a quote. Disappointing because the gentleman who did exterior work did a great job.”
