“For the gutters, their team worked with me to extend the downspouts to the location I wanted them to make sure the water wasn't near the foundation. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.”

He was very attentive to color details because I was getting gutters too, and he made very, very sure to match the paint exactly to the color of the new gutters. He took a personal interest and I thought he was just a gentlemanly, very good guy, and really seriously interested in quality work. In fact, there was a small issue, no big deal, just one of those things that needed to be addressed; he came back and immediately took care of it. I was very impressed with the guy. I'm a real estate broker, and I'll be recommending him—it's an A+. The guy knows what he's doing and uses quality stuff; he uses better quality paint than people realize, just because he's a quality guy.”

“They essentially redid the chimney on my house, like I have a brick house that my chimney is framed out in wood, and so they removed all of the old wood, replaced it with new wood, and painted the whole thing. Whoever the gentleman was that I spoke with who I worked with to do the project, he was very, very polite, easy to schedule. They had a lot of options; I didn't have to wait hardly any time to qualify for my new mortgage loan, and so they were able to do it. They got it done in time and they came when they were supposed to. They showed up on time, and they cleaned up after they didn't leave a mess. I'd give them A+.”
