The Alliance Paint Team was great start to finish, (Danny. Dalton, Oscar, and Luis) Luis and Oscar who did the painting and staining were "Awesome", clean, showed up on time, and very curtious. They made sure the job was safe and clean at all times. I appreciated Dalton stopping by daily to ensure everything was going according to plan. Danny (sales) kept me informed of the scheduling and very easy to work with. I would and will recommend Alliance Painting to my family, friends and neighbor's. "Great Job"

Alliance exceeded all of my expectations when it came to the outcome of the work, communication, timely completion and overall customer service. They regularly keep clients abreast of the project status and are super professional. They requested wanting project close and walk thru, identifying touch ups to finish before payment. They completed a full 3500 sq foot paint of all walls, trim, doors, cabinets etc. This is the best paint experience and outcome we’ve ever had. I’ll be hiring them for more work and can’t recommended them enough.

The team, led by Freddie, were prompt, respected my home and contents and were very easy to work with. They did an exceptional job - I couldn't be more happy. When I say they were respectful of my home, I mean they did everything possible to minimize dust, etc. The furniture and floors were covered in total. I had 80% of the interior of my home painted. They completed the project a day earlier than projected. Finally, their detail to inspecting and fixing issues before I had to say something was great! I would use them again if I have another painting project. Thanks Freddie and crew!!!

We hired Alliance Painting to paint our house. Lets just say our experience was less than perfect. This project was suppose to be done in one week. First day scheduled out the crew to come mask the windows and do the power wash and 1 guy shows up. Second day a few more guy came out and finished what was suppose to be done on the first day! (No Biggie). First day of painting they left trash all over the front of our yard and noticed that the guys did not mask off the roof very good painted my brand new roof also dented my gutters. Called Collin and he made arrangements to take care of the gutters and would fix the roofing material. Because of that, Alliance fired that crew. Second crew came in and did a good job picking up where the other crew left off. As the job came to an end we were asking about the coverage because the paint wasn't covering very well. They blamed it on the stucco and said it should have 3 coats not 2 but they could be happy to charge me additional money if the paint didn't cure and look right! (the sales person should know this in his bidding process and we Never saw or heard for him again ) We did have them touch up a few places and Thank you! THE BIG PROBLEM>>> Collin the project manager I had given him the roofers name and number that we knew and trusted. The one repair was done , but Collin did not mention to the roofer that there was another area that needed to be done too. Collin called the roofer and they came out and did the repair to the other side of the roof that was not told to them in the beginning. So there was an additional charge to take care of that. Alliance wouldn't pay the roofer the additional money that was due to them so the roofer reached out to me asking me to take care of this. So I did $550.00. Collin and Michelle told me on the phone that they will not pay me back because I paid the roofer (because I don't want to owe anyone and have a lien on my house) directly. You damaged my home and I paid you a lot of money to have you stiff me!!!!! Yes Also Collin was there when I call Brad with the roofing company. Brad only knew of one area and Collin said sorry for not pointing out the other area.

From the time we initially met with the Alliance Painting team to the completion of the project, our experience has been outstanding. Danny was great at explaining the process at the time of estimating. He was very detailed on what the exterior project involved and also answered any question we had. At the time the project started, Colin, Alex and his crew member walked the project with me to make sure there was an understanding on what needed to be done. Colin stayed in touch with me on a daily basis to keep me informed on the project, when the crew would be arriving, and an estimated completion update. Alex and his team member worked very diligently to complete the project as promised but also paid attention to detail. On those instances where I had a question or needed to bring something to their attention, they were very courteous and professional and address things immediately. The project was completed well within the time frame originally promised and we were very satisfied with the work. It was a pleasure working with this team from Alliance Painting and we highly recommend them. We will certainly look at working with Alliance on any future projects we may have. As for pricing, we were able to take advantage of a special discount offer and the estimate was very comparable to two other estimates we obtained from other companies. Thank you Danny, Colin, Alex for a job well done, all around. Excellent work!!
