“From the initial meeting to quote the job all the way through the completion of the project everyone affiliated with the company was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with.”
“API quoted on a painting project on my residence on August 31, 2020, which I accepted on September 2, 2020. The project was finally started six months later, on March 26, 2021 and completed on March 27, 2021. It consisted of preparation and painting of all wood trim, soffits, lintils, sidelight, window and door frames. The work, when finally done, was satisfactory and acceptable. Payment in full was made on March 27, 2021. API also quoted on the replacement of 11 or 12 cedar siding boards in the rear of the residence and staining of the old and new boards with two coats of stain. That quote was on April 8, 2021 and was accepted by me on April 12, 2021. The approximate completion date for this project was April or May, 2021. It is now October, 2021, another six months later, and that project is yet to be started, let alone completed. The rating above would be much higher if Mr. Bens had the work completed in a timely manner and provided periodic updates or contact. My last contact with his daughter, Rebecca, was on April 12, 2021.”
