I’m a new home owner so going into a floor refinish I wasn’t exactly sure where to start but I felt comfortable going with Ulta Homes after reading their greats reviews and now I’m here to continue with the positive reviews! The staff were timely, professional and friendly from start to finish and answered my questions without making me feel dumb! Payments were easy through the Buildertrend app. I am so in love with how my floors turned out! If ever a big project needs to be done, I’d seriously consider Ulta Homes in the future.

Ulta performed beyond expectations. Bruno is an excellent communicator, informing us of every step that was to be taken. His personnel arrived on time, executed their tasks and left the work place very clean each time they were here. I would highly recommend Ulta and would not hesitate to use them on a future project.

Having now worked with multiple different contractors in the renovation of our home, it is clear that Ulta stands out for their communication and eagerness to provide clients with quality work and satisfaction. They have unmatched communication and are probably the kindest and most above board company in the business. Every person they sent to our home was kind, helpful, and as a mom often home with my small children, I never had concerns about feeling entirely safe with their staff. I recommend them without pause!

I just had Ulta replace about 1,730 square feet of flooring in my space, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They removed old failing LVP and carpet to install new Aquatec 7.5 mm Rigid Core, and the finished product looks incredible. The team was professional, accommodating, and worked seamlessly within the timeframe our business was closed to ensure no disruption. Would highly recommend
