“Worked with Bobby to paint an old picket fence for a 1-day occasion. Other bids wanted to almost replace the entire fence before they would paint it, which I didn't want or need at the time. PaintPro offered me a good bid to do only the work I wanted. Hired them back to paint the entire inside of a house (walls only). Did a good job except I had just had 2 brand-new thermostats installed and there was paint all over them. I don't understand why the thermostats weren't taped off properly and it seems those were painted quickly without proper prep.”

“Paint Pro charges expert prices for mediocre work. Their painters are not high-level, detail oriented professionals. They used cheap materials and rollers that left lint all over the walls in a 1.5 million project. Very disappointed in this company, despite the owner Bobby Ross doing a great job of being a politician and trying to smooth everything over. In the end, it's all about the finished product. I paid for all of the Benjamin Moore paint myself - I am a contractor & designer.”
