Paint Pros was an excellent company to work with. Their prep work (Q&A, Feedback, and area prep) was cooperative teamwork and the execution was more than we could ask for. We decided to freshen up a couple of rooms that were starting to look worn out and reached out to PaintPro after seeing them mentioned locally. Instead of rushing the process, they took a little time to go over color options with us and made sure we were comfortable with the plan before starting. Once the work began, the crew stayed consistent and kept things neat, which made it easier to go about our day without too much disruption. They worked steadily and didn’t drag the project out longer than expected. By the end, the walls looked clean and even, and the space felt noticeably brighter. Overall, it was a straightforward experience that turned out better than we thought it would.

Before I hired a painter for my house, I interviewed and took bids from 7 companies. Bobby (the owner of PaintPro) was by far the nicest, most patient, and most willing to work with me. Most other painters said, "this is the price, take it or leave it". Bobby was willing to work for my business. Now, as a customer, I have high expectations, but I don't expect things to be perfect. And things weren't perfect, but we arrived at total satisfaction across the board. We used their included color consultant, who recommended the colors we were already looking at (with no idea those were the colors we selected). Thomas (Foreman) was in charge of the project, and he was also a big reason I am so happy...imagine a foreman that cares about the job being done right, that has impeccable standards because it's your home. He caught things oftentimes before I could. These two people are good and fair and truly care. I was blown away by them. They had a competitive price and delivered a top-notch product. I had the entire interior (walls/ceilings/windows/doors/trim) and exterior (siding/hardy/lintels/skirt) done. 3000 square feet. Were mistakes made...sure....but that happens in painting....they made it right, every time. I couldn't recommend them higher. If you shop around, they'll earn your business, and if you pick them first you'll be thrilled with the results. PaintPro made us feel like family. Go with Bobby and Thomas!
