We had a great experience with Atlanta Painting Company from start to finish. Brandon made the process easy from the beginning, and Ally was incredibly helpful in guiding us through color selections. Throughout the project, Brent was responsive and attentive with onsite project management, keeping everything on track and ensuring good communication. Conrado and his crew were efficient, professional, and kind. They regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and addressed any questions along the way. The entire process went smoothly, and the quality of the work met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Atlanta Painting Company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable painting contractor.

We just had our home painted by this company and it was a great experience. Not only does the house look amazing but the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Our project manager Brent coordinated everything and when we had a small hiccup, he went above and beyond to make certain that I was happy. Herman was the foreman and he was incredible - laser focused on the work and getting it done timely and beautifully. I can highly recommend this company and these guys. Professionalism at its best and the highest quality of customer service! Thanks guys!

Jaime and Juana were very professional and did a great job. They let us know when they would be at our home each day and kept the jobsite very clean. The PM Alejandro stayed in contact with us throughout the project and made sure we were satisfied with the progress and finished product. Brandon, our initial contact, was very helpful in making decisions and sold us on Atlanta Painting. I will be using them in the future. Edit: We hired Atlanta Painting to do additional painting on the interior of our home and once again they did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier with the way everything looks. The crew was very professional and polite. Larry, the project manager, spoke with us daily and visited the job throughout the project. He was very professional and was very communicative. Brandon was our initial contact on this job as well and once again helped us in making good choices. Highly recommend Atlanta Painting Company.

My house was in need of an updated paint job with lots of wood repair. Michael Goodwin was my contact. He had excellent communication, and attention to detail helping us pick out paint colors and the little things that pop up while work is being done. The timetable was very acceptable. The pricing and contract was detailed. Michael was available for any questions that we had. His team leader Jorge was also good to work with. they kept the job site, clean and organized. I will definitely use them in the future.

Atlanta Painting Company (APC) was hired by our GC to paint our new 6,500 SF $3M primary residence. This was literally the worst painting experience of my career and I've developed several billion dollars of residential real estate across the country. APC lacks details and follow-through and lacks the manpower and supervision to complete a quality paint job. They do horrible prep work, which is literally half the battle when it comes to painting. Poor prep work will 100% of the time result in poor paint work. What was originally supposed to be a 30-day paint job turned into a 120-day nightmare where two supervisors were replaced and the third guy couldn't finish the job either so APC pulled offsite and presumably crossed their fingers I would not sue them. APC did such a terrible job on the first round of paint that a new supervisor inspected the work (Alejandro) and was so embarrassed at the quality (or lack thereof) that he brought in a new crew to fix the issues. The second crew was just as bad as the first so they brought in a third crew and a new supervisor (Brent). The third crew did a better job but was unable to resolve dozens of items around the house that literally any other painter could've resolved. A few pics are attached. THESE PICS WERE TAKEN AFTER APC SAID THEY COMPLETED THEIR SCOPE OF WORK. You be the judge. Does this look like quality painting for a $3M house? I've asked Wes and Chris - the two owners - to complete the job but they refuse. They also are not responding to warranty issues. Our GC builds multimillion dollar homes all over Atlanta and he says APC is by far the worst painter he has ever used. I agree. I don't trust ANY of the 5 star reviews I've read about APC. There's no way 100% of their customers are 100% satisfied with their work. It's terrible quality and they are extremely difficult to work with.

"APC was contracted by our HOA to paint and do repair work on the exterior of our townhome bldg. Our building has seven residences so there were a lot of decisions that had to be collectively agreed to by all of the seven neighbors... no easy task. Once colors were settled on, the crew worked fast and pretty efficiently. Jaime the project manager was very patient and responsive to everyone's questions. I was very happy with the job they did on my home. There were a few things that they had to come back and attend to, but they were very good about doing that. I think it looks great and our HOA negotiated a fair price."

"The actual work was excellent, but I had an issue about the color and it cost me an extra $700. When I pointed this issue out, I received a call from Jason on July 13. He said he didn't know about that issue and he promised that he would refund the $700 for that item as I had done all in my power to avoid just that. I never heard anything else about that phone call and promise from him, so on August 23 I texted to see if there had been any progress on that. He said that he thought that had processed already and apologized and said he would check on it and get back to me shortly. It is now September 19 and I have never heard anything else. Sad, because it was such an excellent paint job. The $700 was a bad break, but worse than that was the call to me and promise of reimbursement, and then nothing. And then another contact from me to him and nothing. That is worse than the original situation that cost the money."

If you want someone dependable and who works quick this is a company to consider. If you have a tight budget it'd be worth seeing how they compare to others but might not be the best option because it's not inexpensive to have them do the work."

"It's been a year since The (Atlanta) Painting Co worked on my house. I chose them, because they offered two services I needed - exterior house painting and new gutters - and were an established company with good reviews. However, there were multiple problems with my project, mostly due to their crews rushing the job - not doing proper prep, poor carpentry, not cutting clean lines, and generally being sloppy. Communication was good with the office, and they did come back out many times at my request to fix things. Maybe it was just the crew that I was assigned, some of them seemed to be new (we all have to start somewhere), but I shouldn't have had to keep after them to do a proper job in the first place, especially considering the amount of money I paid for the job."

"I provided some feedback to the company, and I don't think they cared about my feedback. They told us they will be staging one day then painting another day, however, they misled me. The workers showed up and started painting. My wife works from home and a pet was there. The paint fumes were messing with them both. I asked them to dispose the paint when they were finished, and they dumped the paint in the grass. They didn't ask me about what kind of paint I wanted to use, which was annoying. When they were finished, I showed them pictures of what happened, and they did not respond. The paint job was fine, but I would not be recommending them to someone else. I wrote them an email and sent them photos about six months ago. This was my general recollection. I was not happy."

The work crew had to come back out to the house 4-5 times. One of the times they were out, one of the workers refused to do any work, so one guy did all the work himself. Then there was an issue with the billing. They billed us incorrectly based on what we discussed. The lady billed us the way she thought it should be billed."

"I had found your company at the “Trust Dale” website. Based on the reviews and reputation of Trust Dale, I did not get any other estimates besides yours. I was looking for a painting company that I could use going forward. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the results. The job was estimated to take up to 1 1/2 days. The work was completed in one day and although I thought it had been done well, upon further inspection, some of the details were not done thoroughly. First of all, the two windows were not covered well and had to have another coat applied the next day. I also noticed 2 of the 3 electrical covers were not removed for painting as was stated in the contract would be done. As a result, I had to remove them to clean paint off of them. The inside of the garage doors were painted, but hardware on the doors that was not to be painted has paint in various places due to not masking off the area. Also, I noticed a few areas that were not painted at all and it is evident because a semi-gloss was used over the original flat color. To sum up, I do not feel like I got a totally professional effort. I think the job was rushed and the quality I was expecting is not there. There was no reason to complete the job in one day when an additional 1/2 day had been allocated. Just a little more time and more use of masking tape was all that would have been needed to complete the job to my satisfaction. The comments above were shared with the management of the company."

"I have already recommended them. I actually went through the 5-star booklet that I have here as well as the Trousdale book. They were listed in both of those booklets. I needed their help after a bad experience with another company that installed floors in my home and did a lot of damage to my baseboards, walls, furniture, etc. That was one of the things I needed to be repaired, so I gave them a call. They came and gave me an estimate. They did the job and did a great job. They actually respected my home. They covered the furniture and floors and did what they had to do a neat, clean job. I am very happy with the work they did. They actually walk you through, and I didn't catch that there were a couple of walls they didn't paint. So, they sent someone right back out, and they did a great job. They were respectful of my home and property. I am not sure if I paid more than I would have with other places because I didn't get any more estimates. I just wanted to make sure I got a good company. You basically get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job."

They did stick with us after the job to resolve everything but we really had to push to have things done correctly. Some of the fixes that we requested were still done sloppily. "We had numerous issues with our project including inattention to contracted details (ie painting things that were not supposed to be painted as well as painting things the wrong color), poor workmanship, and the fact that the crew dug holes in our flower beds and poured unused paint into them (massive environmental hazard violation). Additionally, brushes and rollers were hosed off on our lawn and in landscaped areas, further adding chemical paint onto our plants and grass. Should have turned this company in to the EPA"

"I think they probably (hopefully) do better with paint jobs. Their contractor was really rude to my husband. They were supposed to come back and touch up and didn’t show. All in all the job was completed and the deck wood was stained. I wouldn’t say anything above the bare minimum was done, and they left the empty can of stain behind. We have drip sports of stain in a few places and over spray on the wall in a few areas. It looks ok but isn’t perfect. Not sure if price reflects quality. It’s hard to find contractors who are willing to even show up these days though."

"My project was to Romabio white wash my fireplace and the project was to start on a Thursday between 8am - 9am and by 10am nobody had shown up. So I called the Project Manager assigned to my project to let him know nobody had shown up yet. So he made a few phone calls and followed up to let me know he couldn't get a hold of the crew and a crew would be here on Friday. A new crew showed up Friday morning and didn't have the products to start. So I had to call the Project Manager assigned to this crew to let him know they didn't have the Romabio Lime Wash to get started. Finally, about 2 hours later the PM showed up with the product. The gentleman worked on my fireplace, but as the product dried he pointed out that the red brick was bleeding through the white wash. He ended up putting on about 4 coats and it still continued to bleed through. We called the PM to let him know what was going on and expressed that I was not happy the way this was turning out. And unfortunately, the few workarounds they came up with were not desirable and would not work. I had to come up with a plan b, which was to just paint my brick white and paint my fireplace mantel a dark brown. Well, about two weeks after the project was finished I removed some decor from the fireplace mantel and noticed the paint came off when with the object. We ended up going to Sherwin Williams to discuss the issue with the paint and we were told the area was not property prepped. Based on the paint that was used, the area should have been sanded down and then painted and that did not happen. We ended up having to sand down the top piece of the mantel and repainted it our selves. The minimum for a project is $1000.00 and the cost to Romabio my fireplace was $500.00. So I had to come up with other painting touch ups for them to do so that my project met the minimum amount. The finished product (my plan b) looks good, but the fact the mantel was not prepped properly and we ended up having to redo it ourselves was disappointing, considering what we had to pay."
