It was scheduled for the afternoon and they gave us a call to let us know approximate arrival time, After a quick walk-thru of what was to be moved, they went right to work, wrapping items as needed. I was particularly impressed with how the hide-a-bed was wrapped so that it didn't come apart during transport. Upon arrival at our destination halfway across the country, it looked just like it did when it left.”

“Damaged many possessions. Rude, menacing lead guy (Nick), poor estimate of trucks needed. List goes on. Worst moving experience in my life. Just appalling and unacceptable.”
