We had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. During the initial assessment, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate our home and belongings to determine the right crew size and timing, which made moving day run incredibly smoothly. They confirmed the appointment 24 hours in advance and even called 30 minutes before arrival — communication was clear and professional throughout. On moving day, Daniela and his team were fast, efficient, and careful with our belongings. They worked cleanly and stayed organized, while also being genuinely kind and respectful the entire time. On top of everything, their pricing was very affordable for the level of service provided. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

I just had an incredible experience with Helix Moving and Storage and wanted to share how great it was! Tom did a fantastic job with the estimate, and the movers were absolutely amazing. They took such good care of my old house and my new one everything was wrapped up perfectly, the floors were covered, and not a single thing was damaged. Plus, there were no surprises with the pricing everything was right on point. The guys were awesome, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

We recently moved from Maryland to Virginia and had an excellent experience with this moving team (Bladimir,Axel and Carlos). From start to finish, they were extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our belongings and our new home. They packed everything quickly but with great care — even delicate items like eggs arrived without a single one breaking, which really shows the attention they gave to proper packaging. What stood out most was their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They used protective blankets to ensure the new carpet in our rented home stayed clean and undamaged, and they handled all items carefully despite having to move heavy furniture up the stairs. The entire team worked hard, stayed organized, and completed the move with precision and care. Overall, a very smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Moving Experience — Truly Best-in-Class Helix Moving Company was unbelievably professional from start to finish. Their level of communication alone set them apart — they checked in and called me multiple times before the move, stayed in touch during the move, and worked seamlessly around scheduling challenges without any friction. On moving day, the execution was exceptional. The team worked incredibly fast, stayed focused, and never wasted time. While another moving company in our new building had movers standing around on their phones, the Helix team was locked in and fully committed to getting the job done efficiently and correctly. I want to specifically call out Angel and Axel — they were absolutely incredible. Professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. They exceeded every expectation I had and made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Helix moved my sister's apartment today. Daniel and Billy were excellent! These 2 movers work together very well. What a awesome team. On time, professional, and really fast. I've had movers who were very slow wrapping the furniture. Billy and Daniel wrapped the furniture (some are antiques) carefully but quickly. Nothing was damaged. I hate moving but today was actually fun.
