I cannot recommend Helix Moving enough! From start to finish, they made a stressful day so much easier. Mia, the sales rep, was fantastic to work with. Right before the move, my apartment dropped a last-minute bombshell that we might not be able to reserve the elevator. I was stressed, but Mia was so helpful and immediately got us an updated quote to reflect the change so we knew exactly what to expect. On moving day, Fabricio, Elby, and Bryan were an absolute dream team. They arrived right on time and gave us a 30-minute heads-up before they pulled up. They were super flexible and understanding of our situation, and they honestly went above and beyond to get everything moved. They were incredibly careful with our stuff, professional, and very courteous. Plus, they were fast—they finished well within the estimated time. I also really appreciated that they were completely upfront about additional costs (like the TV wrapping) so there were no surprises at the end. If you want a moving company that is efficient, honest, and genuinely helpful, hire these guys.

I recently used Helix Moving and Storage and had a great experience from start to finish. Manny and Rony were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly without rushing, and made the entire moving process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their positive attitude and attention to detail. Paul and Omar were amazing! They have been so kind and willing since the beginning. They worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was handled with care. We were so lucky to have had their help during our move! I definitely recommend Helix and especially Paul and Omar!

We recently had Axel and Miguel for our move from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment within the same apartment complex, and they were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and incredibly careful with our belongings. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were in helping us set up our new apartment. They took the time to place furniture exactly where we wanted it and made sure everything was arranged to our liking. They even disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and couch, which made the entire moving process so much easier for us. The pricing was very reasonable, and despite moving all of our furniture and belongings, nothing was damaged during the move. Axel and Miguel were efficient, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers and would absolutely use them again in the future!
