I hired The Best Air Quality & Restoration for a serious mold remediation project, and Val was my main point of contact throughout the process. From start to finish, Val was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The issue ended up being more extensive once ceilings, walls, flooring, and other areas were opened up, but Val had already been clear from the beginning that additional contamination was possible. As the work progressed, I received real-time updates by email, text, and WhatsApp, along with plenty of photos showing what was being found and addressed. What I appreciated most was the communication and follow-through. Even with the expanded scope, the project stayed on the projected timeline and budget. The pricing was extremely reasonable given the amount of work involved, especially considering the additional findings once the property was opened up. They also worked well with my independent third-party testing company, and the testing company spoke highly of both the work and Val’s professionalism. After remediation, they immediately responded to follow-up items and made sure everything was handled properly. Mold remediation is stressful and not something anyone wants to deal with, but Val and The Best Air Quality & Restoration came through when I needed it. Val really put “The Best” in The Best Air Quality & Restoration. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had a serious mold issue on our second floor, and The Best Air Quality and Restoration handled it flawlessly. Their team was extremely professional and explained the entire remediation process step by step. The mold removal was done thoroughly and efficiently, and they also cleaned our air ducts. We immediately noticed a huge improvement in air quality throughout the house. Everything was left clean and organized. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the prompt scheduling and communication. Unfortunately just 3 stars as I only requested one service (dryer vent cleaning) which I needed to be end-to-end. After the service, there was still more than a softball size amount of lint at the dryer end of the line. There was quick communication to address my question/concern but unfortunately for the cost and service provided this did not meet my needs. The company advised they don’t repair dryers, which was never my need or ask. Without cleaning the dryer lint vent, the line is going to immediately dirty again. I would not use for a dryer vent cleaning to only have it half clean after spending $199. This company may be best suited for other services.

I was very pleased with the service that both technicians Alex and Maruf provided during the duct cleaning at my home. They were very professional and explained in detail everything step of the way what they were planning to do. They took photos and left my home in mint condition. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for duct cleaning services.

Having had the unfortunate experience of having to have mitigation 4 times prior to calling upon The Best Air Quality & Restoration, I can unequivocally say they are the best in the business, just as their name suggests. Val and his team do thorough and honest work. Mauricio and the other techs not only handled mitigation, but also replaced drywall and repaired and painted an extensive area of my home flawlessly. If you are in need of any of the services they offer, look no further than this company.
