I had the pleasure of working with 911 restoration company while they provided services at a condo community where I worked, and I was always impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. Maritza was absolutely amazing! She was always professional, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She made the process so much easier and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. Her communication and customer service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this company, especially because of the great experience I had working with Maritza and the team!

I had a few companies come out to assess my mold issue this week and Marc blew them all out of the water. He was straightforward and thorough. Extremely professional and a dream person to want to do business with. Such a rarity these days and i was lucky enough to encounter it.

Aaron A. was here today and did a extremely thorough job in determining the water and moisture damage in our attic crawl space. Although we have not received an estimate at this time so I can't comment on their work product but will do so later. I feel very confident they will do a great job in solving our issue. 5 stars thus far!

We had an excellent experience with the mold inspection and remediation service provided in one of the condominium units. The team was highly professional, arrived the same day and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The took great care to properly contain the work area and prevent the mold from spreading. Both the resident and the condominium association were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. We truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommended 👏👏
